Pros: THE SITUATION.
Cons: TOTAL HOTEL DECORATION MUST BE IMPROVED. DOOR HIGHTS, DISTRIBUTION, EVERYTHING IS VERY OLD LOOKING
Location: exellent.
WE HAD A VERY LARGE SUITE, VERY CONFORTABLE AND WITH INCREDIBLE VIEW. AS WE ARRIVED TO THE HOTEL WE TOUGHT IT WAS VERY OLD .

I'd like to thank all the staff for always receiving you and greeting you with a smile, specially Arieny, a very nice lady which worked at the front desk and that was always on top of things. The server that I forgot his name, which served us Christmas Dinner. Thank you all. The place is very nice but rooms are small. Other than that all is new, people friend, good location, beautiful beach. The only thing is parking, mostly valet parking. K

Marenas Hotel Resort

Pros: Beach staff Jeffery. He is proactive.
Cons: Check in Time should match competitor such as Quality Inn.
Actually, I did not get the room with beach view. I tried to book the room with breakfast on Expedia website. When I checked in, I told to pay 28 dollars for breakfast. it's very expensive. it's better, if you includes it in hotel reservation cost like Quality Inn or other hotels. You do not serve non Alcoholic drinks such as juices and smoothies. I had to buy from out side. I came hotel at 2pm. I did not allow to check in before 4pm. one or two hour prior check in or check out do not affect you but it create dis respect for guest. I drove your resort from Orlando. I wait in lobby for 2 hours. on the other side, I check out before 11am on Monday morning. Many people do the same, please make check in time at 3pm like other hotels.

QUICK CHECK IN..FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF

The Caracol Restaurant was a great option for lunch and dinner. The M bar was a great place for an evening reception. The valet parking staff were always there to assist you with luggage and vehicle. A very quiet beach with excellent service. No need to look around and call staff to order drinks. They would walk by and check on you every couple minutes.and I will most definitely book again.

Loved this place!!!

Pros: Everything, staff is great, the view of the beach from the resort.
Cons: The only thing I noticed is that we passed up the entrance several times. The entrance was very tight. Other then that everything was great.
Location: Location is perfect right on the beach. Malls and stores very close by. Restaurants, pharmacies and corner stores are pretty much walking distance.
The service was 5 star as soon as you pull up to valet. Everyone at this place was so nice and welcoming. My husband and I will definitely stay at this place again when we return to Miami. Check in time was not until 4 and we got there at 1pm just to leave our bags there. Turns out they put us in a room as soon as we got there. Then we walked over to the bar area where we were greeted by Carlos. This guy was here the whole weekend and treated us like royalty. Thumbs up for him. I can say we were very happy and very pleased and we will return.

Over booked

The hotel was overbooked and moved use to a place that was hostel like. It was very disappointing for us to be down graded on our holiday. It didnt meet the expectation. We booked our hotel 3 months prior.
