Nice hotel good room

Three problems we had in our short stay. 1. There was no water available when we came back for the beach at noon 2. I was woken up by the front desk at midnight asking if I'd like to switch tv channels. 3. there was a false fire alarm at 2am

Peaceful, Sofisticated, and luxurious

From the outside of the hotel you would not imagine that you were about to walk in to a place that could rival the four seasons hotel or any other luxury suite hotel. When we walked in the hotel smelled amazing. They must have scents flowing through the vents because every point of the hotel smelled amazing. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The rooms were clean, cozy, and luxurious. The hotel is one block over from the beach. There's a lot going on outside but once you step foot in the door it's peace and quiet. When my friends and I came home Ron the club at 4:30am we walked into a quiet lobby and the lobby attendant greeted us with a smile and said "looks like you all had a fun night. Welcome back :-)" the level of service that was provided was simply amazing. I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

Understaffed

I have never stayed at a hotel where there wasn't always someone at the front desk .., I called about 10 times over a span of about 45 minutes and no one answered and by the time I went downstairs the lady was just walking up. Then when I told her I had been calling she told me that she knew and was on the other line and could not answer. They did that to me twice...other than that nice room and cleaning personnel where excellent

Great location, not happy about the rooms

Pros: Location
Cons: Greeting new customers
Location: Walking distance to Lincoln mall, the beach
Room was facing a back alley. Not pleasant at all. When asked for an upgrade, we were told that there was nothing available and what we got is what we paid for (exact words). We were expecting to hear something nicer !

Great place to stay

Pros: This hotel is geared for adults which I really appreciated.
Location: Lots of restaurants everywhere. Beach is one block away. Ocean Blvd is a parade every night just looking at the people and the vehicles.
Hotel is in the perfect location for Miami Beach. The hotel is clean, and luxurious. The only issue is trying to find parking. If you do the valet, it takes about 20 minutes to retrieve your car. Self parking is about a block away if it is not filled up.

Excellent staff!

Hotel is perfectly situated. Breakfast had a nice selection of healthy options. The bar/restaurant in the lobby is excellent quality and service, as well as the front desk. Coming back!

Great location, great rooms!

Pros: The rooms were nice. Not much of a view though from our room - faced the wall of building next door.
Location: Great dining is close by. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is on the light side, more like European buffet.
Our group enjoyed the stay at the Marlin hotel. It is very close to many of the South Beach hot spots.

A beautiful boutique hotel, very close to the beach. I had a feeling I was on my way to the spa, the atmosphere was perfect. They have thought about every detail including a beach bag with 2 towels, a bath robe and slippers. The room was spacious and spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the linen so welcoming
