Pros: See above.
Location: The hotel is located in the heart of Coconut Grove. Directly across the street is a small mall with shops and restaurants.
We loved the hotel. The room was large, beautifully furnished, and very clean. The hotel clerks, concierge staff and waiters in the restaurant were very helpful, kind and courteous and very eager to help you in any way. The rooftop lounge was great. We were served a free glass of champagne and were each given a free ten minute massage. We also danced to the great music they were playing. Wow! What a great time we had.

Very nice Hotel close to Shopping and Resturants

Pros: Superior customer service
Cons: Hotel is aging. Could use some upgrades in some areas.
Location: Staff, amenities, and overall location exceeded my expectations. Did not need a car the entire time. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking

Short walk to Bay and convenience stores. We selected this property for R & R mostly. It was perfect. Well maintained, albeit older, property. Nice decor. We will stay there again.

Great location!

We wanted to stay near our niece that lives in the Grove and this hotel was a perfect location. The staff was nice, but the hotel itself is in need of upgrades. It just seemed worn and tired. No real issues, but for the price I expected a little more updated.

Nice hotel great location

The rooms are a nice size. There really isn't much of a view but the rooms are secluded. Since there is a hot tub on the balcony, that's a good feature. The only real minor criticism is sometimes housekeeping would take towels but only replace one or two. It seemed like I was always calling for towels.

mooi hotel

Pros: het hotel zelf was zeer mooi.
Cons: bedden en personeeel
Location: niet veel bijzonders
Slechte bedden. Bedden lijken wel hangmatten ,ik rolde steeds naar het midden.

From the beginning we received Bad customer service. We Weren't greeted when checking in for about 5 min.

I have stayed here many times for the location. They struggled at check in (one staff member, we were 2nd in line at 9 pm and it took more than 20 minutes). They had a difficult time finding us a clean room as a result of what appeared to be catering to the flight attendant set. Then they texted me at 11:30 to make sure I was enjoying my stay. Sloppy service and I won't be back.

Nice hotel, hard to find. Close to shopping & eats

Hard time getting to the hotel ( traffic) and hard to find! Google maps takes guests to the wrong location, per hotel staff.
