Nice but going downhill

Used to stay here all the time over the past ten years. Recently, it's been getting worse. The facilities are starting to wear down - need a fixer-upper. Most notably, the food is terrible and the food staff is forgetful and slow. It took 30 minutes to get a single fruit plate. The coffee was cold. Then, with room service, we asked for two containers of coffee. They brought one. We called down and asked for another and 45 minutes later it still wasn't there.
The Grove is also dying. It used to be a hotspot with lots of fun things to do. Now, it feels like a ghost town.
