It’s better than sleeping on the airport floor. Beds and rooms really need an update. Staff was excellent. No signage about the hotel location in the terminal, but I went to the hotel website and it explained the location perfectly. Room was a concrete bunker and the neighbors were trying to break down the adjoining door between the rooms (a little freaky) in the middle of the night. Would not stay here by choice again but it is incredibly convenient if you’re stuck overnight in the airport in Miami. Low rating was due to poor price vs. accommodation quality ratio.

This hotel is convenient as it’s in the airport. The rooms were clean, however the rooms are very outdated. The shower hurt because the water pressure was so extreme. The fan buzzed a high pitch buzz all night, and as we walked into our room at 1 AM after a 20 hour travel day, someone was smoking down the hallway and it reeked. Wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s a 4-5 hour situation to lay your head.

I had to have my husband call the front desk to request a room change. At first they didn’t want to change he my room but after a couple of attempts they finally changed my room to something a bit nicer but still not the same as the photos. I would not come back to this hotel/motel.

While convenient, the hotel is old and tired. The fitted sheet didn’t actually cover the mattress, the air conditioning squeaked terribly, and we didn’t want to touch the carpet with bare feet. That said, there were clean towels, hot water (albeit slow and intermittent), and tech plugs near the bed. Serviceable, and you can’t hear any airplanes.

The room was clearly not cleaned. It's as if they simply changed the sheets and emptied the bins only from the last guest. Pubic hair all over shower, dirty toilet, dusty counters. Rooms smaller than pics, musty smell. AC worked fine.

This "low end motel quality " hotel charges an exorbitant room charge but maintains a dirty, falling apart quality. There aren't even blankets on the beds. Rooms are tiny and low quality. Hotel restaurant is below quality as well and closes way too early (9:30) for a Saturday nite with guests coming in late due to various flight situations. The ONLY reason to stay there is that it is within the Miami airport.

The positives: comfy bed, nice toiletries. The negatives were overwhelming: unsafe with no security to speak of, if i was travelling alone no. Room very basic, no safe for valuables. Pillows shocking. Room shabby and tired. Very disappointing from website photos, nothing like it was portrayed. I would not stay again and would not recommend.

Hotel is very convenient if flying out of MIA. The staff at the desk were friendly. The rooms are dark and dated and both rooms and hallways have a strong odor of disinfectant.
