Hotel overlooking the seashore

This Hotel has a great view of the seashore. The gym was great and clean. The room is not to the price paid as the carpets are a bit worn out. The facilities need redoing. The jaccuzi and swimming pool look run down and with with leaves and dead insects in the pool. They need to be more hygienic as this can be a health hazard. The need more variety with their food. They tell you different prizes on the phone different to the room prizes. They take long to bring requeted items. They need to have a kettle for tea not use the coffee maker for tea. There should be basic provisions of water. Surely you have been paid so much and cant offer basic water in the room charge $2.50 for a small bottle of water. If all these are looked into I will recommend someone. It is such a shame as you have a great view

Great view of the harbor.

Cons: Heavy door. Would be difficult for persons with disabilities.
Gorgeous view of the harbor. Enjoyed watching the ships and boats.

Beautiful scenery

Pros: It was very clean and well maintained.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: Recreation, shopping, tours, etc.
My experience was very nice. The staff was friendly. Parking attendants were nice and helpful with suggestions for viewing the city.

beautiful view from my window, close to beach

amazing staff, very accommodating! pool/pool bar/hot tub were awesome! The view in my room was breathtaking! Marriott Byscane Bay definitely made my first trip to Miami unforgettable. I will definitely be revisiting.

pool area

I slipped and fell after getting out of the pool and walking along the side of the jacuzzi. the travertine tiles are extremely dangerous when wet. They should be ground out a little bit to provide a non slipping hazard. I am an architect and know of many circumstances where my clients have been sued by guests due to this same hazard. It is a simple and very inexpensive fix to a huge liability. I am planning on returning each month for my miami project - so I hope to help you in any way I can if needed.
