Great hotel, great view!

Pros: Staff, view, location.
Cons: Walking to the pool had uncomfortable cement slabs, that didn't seem even. Should be easier to get there.
Location: South Beach, Little Haiti and Little Havana,
Sightseeing trip to Miami, always try to stay at Marriott hotels. not disappointed. Stayed on the 12th floor, overlooking the bay. Spent all the time while in the room, in front of the open sliding glass doors looking at the bay, and the port and the causeways to Miami beach. Good seafood restaurant, nice view from the patio. Great staff. Convenient shuttle to South Beach, saves on parking. Used the valet parking, great service, car always waiting when we came down. Nice pool, hot tub area. Highly recommend.

Overpriced amenities

Nice hotel but there was a fee to use the WIFi, not to mention the parking fee was $35 per night, this was ridiculous , all hotels I stayed had free wifi. On the last day, the concierge asked us to change rooms then front desk staff told us we could stay in the same room, this was a waste of time, lack of coordination on their part.

Too many issues to be happy

Pros: Restaurant is good. It is clean and safe
Cons: Seems to be alot of little things needing fixing
Location: Not alot to do there - mostly for business or connecting with ships.
The hotel has an impressive lobby and the hotel clean. When you arrive the rooms are outdated and mine had a few issues. First room shower did not drain, keys did not work - moved to second room - Tv did not work, fridge door would not close. Internet was problematic with many areas of the hotel with no connection. My final bill was wrong. They were to email a new one but didn't - I had to follow up. For the price they are charging...too many issues in my opinion!

Almost....but no deal.

Would really like to recommend this Hotel. Great location. Nice pool. Nice rooms, and a beautiful gym and pool area. Most of the staff seemed great too. Pricey parking, but that seems par for the course. But this is where the problems started. For $29 a day, you receive a card that allows you to park and come and go as you please. After 3 days, the card did not work a single time. We asked at the front desk, but we were told that the card reader is dirty and there was nothing that could be done. Fast forward to checkout. Apparently, the card was never properly activated. Add that to the fact that we were offered a free breakfast wrap when our preference ran out and we were subsequently charged for it anyway. And, of course, we were charged for 2 bottles of water that were never used. Hard to recommend such a disorganized mess, but so will reluctantly do so. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Overall Great Hotel!

Pros: Staff, clean comfortable rooms, breakfasts.
Cons: Bathroom should have an exhaust fan.
Location: Location is OK. Good grocery/ liquor store PUBLIX is 2 minutes away.
Great staff, good clean rooms, nice swimming pool, location is OK. Excellent breakfasts! Hotel works like a fine-tuned machine. Overall good value for money and very good experience.

Nice hotel, 15 minutes to Miami Beach

Pros: The fast check-in and how friendly the staff was.
Cons: To at least provide a verbal and written disclaimer regarding $250 charge on card for any incidentals. I was not notified of this charge up front.
Location: Busy area, the only way to get around to good places is by car or you can take Metro Mover. Some walking distance to shops.
Excellent service, attentive staff, nice pool, jacuzzi and pool bar. The 180 pool - bar tender was amazing, nice personality. Overall, very clean and modern. I don't have anything negative to add other than I had a good time.
