Worse hotel experience I've ever had!!!!!

Pros: Rooms are very small and are no where the size as shown in the pictures
Uhhhhhh where do i begin. I booked this girls trip 2 months prior to arriving in MIA. I reserved a room with 2 double beds, for a total of 2 people that would accommodate 4 people. Upon morning arrival to the hotel I was informed that I would not receive the 2 double beds that I had requested 2 months ago and I would only be accommodated with a king bed. This meant that for the remainder of our stay I would have to share a bed with my friend. The receptionist offered to give us a roll out bed; but really who pays all this money and travels that fare to sleep on a roll out bed! I asked to speak to a manger but was quickly informed that the manger could not be located and that I would not receive a refund to be better accommodated at another hotel. The receptionist swould call up to our room when the manger was found. I went to my room relaxed for awhile, took a shower, and go dressed; 4 hours later I noticed that i still had not received a phone call yet from the front desk. Once I arrived at the front desk for the second time, I was then informed that the manger had gone home for the day and another one would not be in until the following day; even though it was only 4pm. For 2nights and 3days I had to share a king bed with my best friend. Finally on the 3rd day the manger changed our room to the room we were suppose to have in the first place. In the new room the tv didnt work.For all that we went through they called their self compensating us with 2 free drinks at their bar

Boutique Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Pros: Die Lage und das freundliche Personal.
Cons: WLAN könnte verbessert werden, ist aber kein "MUSS"
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich im South Beach District. Strand, Ocean Drive sind nur ein paar Fußschritte entfernt.
Ich bin schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel gewesen und habe mich jedesmal wohl gefühlt.

Small bathroom, they charge a hefty resort fee without providing real service. Didn't even have a toothbrush for my friend.

Gemütliches Hotel

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im President Hotel und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand und Restaurants. Espania Way in unmittelbarer Nähe und Lincoln Road. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut, nicht nur Toast und Marmelade. Das Personal ist ebenfalls freundlich. Außerdem gibt es seitluch einen kleinen Garten, in dem man gemütlich was trinken kann.

Step up from a hostel

Clean room, decent for a 2 night stay, awful breakfast selection and had to pay money to get my security deposit back because I paid in cash. Had to pay extra for so called complimentary breakfast listed on their website. Window with broken blinds directly in the shower so had to use a towel to cover the window. Brown spots on the white sheets and awful decor (ladybug leaf theme). No water available in site to drink.

It's ok for a one day stay. There was a guy sleeping on the bench outside the hotel & a women that sat are table on the hotel porch asking for my drink...
