Nice hotel close to everything

I enjoyed staying at The President it was close to everything, the staff was friendly and I love the wall mirror!!!

Close to restaurants, shops, beach, and nightlife

Affordable choice on south beach. Breakfast was horrible. Rooms were pretty dirty. There was a wig in my closet. Location was nice though

We do clean the rooms each day when a guest checks out as well as freshen up the room when people are in the rooms.

Nice hotel

In our room , there was tap noise in the wall that made it hard for us to sleep, front desk clerk could do nothing about it, he said the noise is in pipes in wall, and we would have to deal with it. I will make sure to have them Not take the same room

Very well located

Hotel was clean, beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean as well. It has an elevator ! Most hotels in South Beach don't have elevators so this is a plus.

Very expensive, it is not worth to money, poor con

It is almost a hostel. Upgrated finishung but still smells, very high charges . I paid more than what this hotel deserves. Reservation was for 3 people, room set up was for 2 (towels, bottle of water etc) . Room was facing to back very ugly parking place.

Good location, cozy, enjoyable for a 3 night stay.

Staff was never overtly hospitable. The resort fee is way too much for what is included. There is no pool even though google images has a picture of one they filled up in the past. Overall a very average stay.

Great location, pool, welcome drinks

We've stayed only 2 nights. Room was clean, staff was nice. There is a complimentary breakfast and welcome drinks once you check in. Location is perfest, very close to all major attractions in the city.

No onsite parking, 25 minutes for valet to get car, requested and paid for King size, not available. Paid additional for awful continental breakfast supposedly included. Front desk person bad attitude.

Dear Anonymous, I'm sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience with the hotel. To clarify we do offer valet only since we are small hotel and on an island it is hard to get parking. The valet does have to drive the cars from the lot and depending on traffic can take some time. In addition the least expensive option for most the third party companies is a run of the house. When that happens the room type comes as a request not a guarantee. We are always working on ways to improve our breakfast.
