Cómodo,1 cuadra de la playa,recomendable

Pros: Predisposición,amabilidad,copa de bienvenida
Cons: No anda el wi-fi en las mesas de afuera del lobby.
Location: Buena ubicación,a 2 cuadras de Lincoln Road,enfrente hay un supermercado abierto las 24 hs
Buen servicio acorde con el precio.Altamente recomendable.La mayoría de los empleados hablan en español.Amplio salon para desayunar, con un horario muy extensivo.

Typisches Miami Beach Hotel

Ideale Lage. Hotel liegt an der CollinsAve Ecke zur 14th. Strasse. Also paralell zum Ocean Drive. Absolute Strandnähe. Zum Shoppen ist es auch nicht weit. Restaurants auch um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer hatte 2 Doppelbetten. Also zu dritt perfekt. Es gab einen Safe, Kühlschrank, Fön, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Leider kaum Ablage . D.h.(nur einen Stuhl und ein Mini Nachttisch. )Dafür einen kleinen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es war aber Platz für drei offene Koffer. Das Bad ist mini und ohne Abzug. Klimaanlage regulierbar. Es ist etwas hellhörig zu den Nachbarzimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und haben den Verkehr der CollinsAve nicht gehört. Das Auto kann man zum Be- und Entladen für 15 Min parken. Parkmöglichkeiten im Umkreis eher schwierig. Dafür kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage für 35,- pro 24h 5 Häuser weiter. Für Miami Beach normal.Im Hotel zahlt man glaube ich 39,- Frühstück wie überall auf Plastikgeschirr. Kleiner Bereich. Manchmal muss man auf einen Tisch warten. Servicepersonal dort sehr freundlich und flink. Es gibt z.B Toast,Bagels, Muffins, Marmelade ,Frischkäse, Kaffe, Tee, Säfte, Milch, Kakao, Äpfel. Man kann sich dort selber Waffeln backen. Für Florida völlig normales Buffet. Wir waren am Anfang unserer Reise dort und am Abreisetag. Ein-und Auschecken problemlos. Ab 15 Uhr kann man ins Zimmer. Haben ein Depot für die Koffer wenn man früher kommt. Bekamen dann schon ein Strandhandtuch.

Hotel proximo a praia e ao comercio

Pros: Gostamos da sua localização, limpeza do quarto e do pessoal de atendimento.
Cons: Os banheiros...precisam de ducha ... As vezes na frente do hotel costuma ficar algumas pessoas que não estão hospedadas...fumando bebendo....e etc
Location: O ponto é muito bom...
O hotel é bem localizado, tem um café razoável, internet boa.

Location: muy buena ubicacion
Habitaciones pequeñas, limpias. faltaría un microondas. Cobran un extra de USD 22 dolares en concepto de desayuno, intenet y agua en la habitación. Me parece excesivo.

Estimado Anónimo, Nos disculpamos por estos temas que estaban teniendo. Sus comentarios acerca de Wi-Fi es muy apreciada. Actualmente estamos trabajando en la manera de mejorarlo. Además la reserva, además de en la página web tiene todos los servicios, como la conexión wi-fi, botellas de agua en la habitación, el desayuno, bebidas de bienvenida, y las toallas de playa que aparece como parte de la tarifa del complejo del que se recoge en el momento de registrarse. Esta se encuentra en la letra pequeña. También vamos renovando nuestras habitaciones y la zona del vestíbulo en las próximas semanas. Esto debería solucionar el problema pequeña habitación.

Nice hotel close to the beach very good location

Nice hotel. Only problem was when we wanted to eat food that we brought back to the hotel the bar tender/waitress told us we could not eat at the tables inside of the hotel or out front but instead we had to go eat out on the back patio in the heat and rain because he claimed they are a restaurant and we couldn't eat there. BUT there wasn't a single person inside eating food or ordering and drinks. I could understand if people actually ate there and they needed the tables but that wasn't the case and our room didn't even have a chair or a table for us to sit and eat.

Extremely rude staff and hidden fees. They charge a "resort fee" and have not a single quality of a resort. They complain about having to give you towels, rooms are really small and unfinished. The layout makes no sense. No pool or sister pool. Water smells like feces. Staff were rude (except the doormen). Would not recommend.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Very polite and helpful. The location was great. Just a small walk to the beach. Great dining a walk away as well. The only thing that could have been better was the size of our room. A bit on the small size. We had a standard room two queen beds.

Location: Quartier annimé particulièrement le vendredi au dimanche soir , c est le top si vous voulez faire la fiesta; tout a proximité, resto , club, shop
sejour tres tres decevant , pour le prix que l on paye il devrais ns offrir le minimum; deja la proreté; la douche moche , carrelage sale sale ; c etait une horreur , je ne recommande cet hotel a personne ; il y a vraiment mais vraiment mieux dans les environs, juste en face meme;je n ai meme pas osé prendre de petit dejeuné; poufff !

Worse hotel experience I've ever had!!!!!

Pros: Rooms are very small and are no where the size as shown in the pictures
Uhhhhhh where do i begin. I booked this girls trip 2 months prior to arriving in MIA. I reserved a room with 2 double beds, for a total of 2 people that would accommodate 4 people. Upon morning arrival to the hotel I was informed that I would not receive the 2 double beds that I had requested 2 months ago and I would only be accommodated with a king bed. This meant that for the remainder of our stay I would have to share a bed with my friend. The receptionist offered to give us a roll out bed; but really who pays all this money and travels that fare to sleep on a roll out bed! I asked to speak to a manger but was quickly informed that the manger could not be located and that I would not receive a refund to be better accommodated at another hotel. The receptionist swould call up to our room when the manger was found. I went to my room relaxed for awhile, took a shower, and go dressed; 4 hours later I noticed that i still had not received a phone call yet from the front desk. Once I arrived at the front desk for the second time, I was then informed that the manger had gone home for the day and another one would not be in until the following day; even though it was only 4pm. For 2nights and 3days I had to share a king bed with my best friend. Finally on the 3rd day the manger changed our room to the room we were suppose to have in the first place. In the new room the tv didnt work.For all that we went through they called their self compensating us with 2 free drinks at their bar
