Nice hotel, close to major highway.

Pros: Breakfast and cleanliness of room
Cons: Hotel can do with a further upgrade. Paint in certain areas.
Location: Close to highway and major roads. Restaurant is close by.
I was very pleased with this 2 star hotel experience . The front desk staff was very pleasant. There was a wide variety to choose from for breakfast. Room was clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

NICE HOTEL NEAR TO MIAMI AIRPORT

Pros: really close to miami airport

Conviente hotel, 15 min to the Dolphin mall aeurop

some staff were good, special restaurante, and cleaning, people but not all people at the reception one lady in particular, seems to have no pation, and can be indelicate

Hotel is convenient location.

Pros: Friendly, convenient, economical, practical.
Cons: Interior décor - the color of the rooms could use a face lift - change from the mustard color walls to something lighter and fresher looking.
Location: Convenient to the airport with a free shuttle running to and from every hour.
Have stayed here many times over the years but usually just for 1 night while in transit. Stayed for 5 nights this time and found it to be very user friendly. The staff were helpful, the room was tended daily. Other than the interior décor I was extremely happy with my stay. It is economical, very convenient to shopping, airport, various main highways. The all inclusive buffet breakfast allows you to get a good start to the day especially if traveling. A couple mornings I got my breakfast and took it back to the room to eat as it was busy. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will be continuing to go back there whenever I visit Miami.

OK in a pinch

Cons: Soundproofing. Refreshing rooms - decor. Better coffee please!
Location: Not much easily walkable in area.
Got stranded due to snowstorm cancelling flights. Hard to find hotel with space. Hotel not in a location near anything walkable. Room dated but clean enough. Absolutely no soundproofing. Sounded like windows were open and planes were in the parking lot! Better than sleeping at the airport though. Breakfast ok, coffee not great but drinkable. There was quite a gap at the door sides- could see through, and 4 different people shoved fliers through just the one night we were there. I'm sure it contributed to plane volume too. Was ok, but wouldn't choose it, if I had a choice.

Very convenient, and close to the Miami Airport.

The service provided was awesome. My family was stranded at the airport because of the storm in NY. But when Expedia got this hotel for us, they responded promptly, and picked us up and even took us back for our flight. The place is very clean, and breakfast is free. Good hotel!

Very unsatisfied

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Most everything...with exception of cleanliness. Very outdated rooms and uncomfortable beds.
Location: Miami
Staff was very unfriendly. Facility is very outdated and in need of remodeling. Room very cold (maintenance never showed up for a heater repair after several calls were made). Beds uncomfortable. However, room for the most part was clean.

We never made it to the Hotel

Cons: The shuttle was non existing .
Location: We do not know
We did not get to your hotel as after one and a half hrs the shuttle had not arrived we had to make other plans. I am in a wheelchair and could not wait any longer for the non arrival of your shuttle.

Pros: I love the location.
Location: I love the airport shuttle and the orange bus shuttle. Cant ask for more.
I am truly satisfied with the service i receive at Quality Inn. Staff are people friendly if i may call it that.
