The hotel was fine - no frills, as expected. However, the shuttle service to the hotel was terrible. The 7 AM shuttle arrived at 7:10. I got into the van and the driver disappeared into the hotel. After waiting 10 more minutes, I went inside to look for him and he was chatting up the woman working at the front desk. When I suggested we needed to get going, he implied that I was being unreasonable - hey, buddy, I have a plane to catch!!

The room itself was ok and had the expected amenities. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent as well. My only real complaint is the gym. It is a small room with a huge window that faces the elevator so everyone who walks by will be watching you. It only fits 3 machines and a bench which are crammed in there. They provide no water, towels, or ways to clean the machines in between use, so they were all stained and sweaty with other people’s sweat. The dumbbells were all stolen and the manager said he refused to buy new ones so there’s only one set and it’s 50 lbs each. The machines are dated and falling apart and whoever had used the gym last had put the temperature up to 85, so it was unsafely hot for doing cardio, which is literally the only thing you can do at this gym considering the lack of equipment or space.

This was the most horrible place on Expedia I ever booked. The front desk clerk was sweet and as helpful as she could be. The first room she gave me someone was inside. The second room dirty, sheets dirty, bathroom dirty still has the previous persons soap in there and the toilet is clogged. Let’s not mention the roaches in the room. Due to no more rooms and I am unable to get a refund I am glad I can check out first thing in the morning. This is horrible I will never come back here AGAIN!!!!!

Upon inspection, the property emitted a musty odor and appeared severely outdated. Additionally, my bathroom sink experienced drainage issues. The breakfast provided was mediocre; I found it disappointing that there were no breakfast meats available.

Absolutely worst experience in my life. If I can give the property -5 stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin. Room was not cleaned properly even though we checked in at almost midnight. The staff on check out day was rather rude and nonchalant. Was charged for an early departure even though I explained the issues encountered. Not even a 12:00 late check out was granted. Breakfast was closed to early. I asked for toilet paper for three persons in the room in return was given one. Why should I have to ask for toilet paper to begin with? Awful is not the word. I look forward to management reaching out to me because the experience was far from tasteful.

This hotel was dirty and the room was even worst. The tub was demage and it smelled like pee.The staff are very unprofessional. Not very kind people. Please don’t go to this hotel.

Some staff was extremely helpful whilst some were extremely rude and dismissive. Was initially given one room key for a party of four and told to make do and we couldn't get any more. In the room were 3 towels.. again for a party of 4. Later that evening I went to enquire about extra towels I met someone very pleasant and she gave extra towels and KEYS with no effort whatsoever.

This is actually the worst place I have ever stayed. Planes flying over you every 10 min sounds like you are getting bombed. Zero attempt and sound proofing anything sound like you are sleeping outside. A/C unit was so old and loud but cannot turn off or they fine you $100. Mini fridge was louder than the a/c constant buzzing. On top of the noise it was filthy. Stains on ceiling of his knows what, stains on hand towels, grout in floor was filthy.

This place was dirty and very limited essentials like washcloths, towels etc. There was dust everywhere and muck on the floors. Very next day after my arrival had to have the plumber fix the bathroom sink tap. Was an extremely disappointed for a place that cost US$200.00

You are getting what you paid for. Staff was rude and hurried at check in, room was not fully clean, only one towel for two people, breakfast offered was scrambled eggs, toast, coffee, watered down juice, and water. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Not a good gym and the entrance to the 3rd floor next to the elevator was open sometimes. Average rooms with good cleaning service. Had a pizza machine in the lobby, but it was broken, so no chance to try it out. The TV had little channels and even some of those were wonky. Definitely a just-sleep-there hotel.
