Not a bad hotel. Planes fly right over you.

Our room was ok. Smelled a little moldy. Comfortable beds.

Nice and close to the airport.

Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: If the shuttle service would be availabe for the late flights say up to 1 am.
Nice place for a stay over. We used this motel for nice stay over whilst on route to Florida Keys.

You get what you pay for.

Our room smelled like carpet cleaner. The toilet seemed to be running and when you flushed you had to hold the handle down for the entire flush. Breakfast in the morning was more than crowded.

We apologize for the inconvenience on your points mentioned. Our hotel runs 95% full year-round and our breakfast area is always crowded the last 45 minutes before closing. Horrible

Pros: the breakfast was ok.
Cons: Front desk service.
Hotel shuttle took about an hour to pick up from the airport.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in

First room I was given had wet towels all over the place and no soap. Second room I was given had someone sleeping in the bed! Finally I was given a third room that although it wasn't occupied was filthy. The floors had lint balls and dirt all over like it hadn't been vacuumed ever. The Bathtub was brown in the bottom and toilet seat was stained yellow it was so old. I found a hole in the bed sheets that resembled a cigarette burn although it was a nonsmoking room. I also found yellow round stains in the fitted sheet near the foot of the bed. I was not comfortable there in the least and even slept with the lights on. To Top it all off in the morning I saw what resembled a roach in the sink. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE

Please answer the phone.

Called the hotel repeatedly for free shuttle pickup but they never answered the phone. Ended up paying $30 for the short taxi ride to the hotel. When we arrived at the front desk, the phone was still ringing and unanswered. We were able to use the shuttle for the return trip to the airport, but had to use the 6:00 am shuttle for a 10:00 flight because the others were already full. Missed the included breakfast because it didn't start until 6:00 am

Pros: Staff friendly and courteous. Shuttle service was a HUGE plus and left on the top of the hour(s) as promised.
Cons: Update carpets; if not, shampoo on a regular basis.
Carpet was old and dirty. Forced to wear socks that we threw away due to them being black. We washed our feet prior to crawling into bed. The bed tho was extremely comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. Obviously, being close to the airport there was plane noise but limited during the sleeping hours. We know this prior to booking
