Lo que no me gusto que cuando fui a pedir una toalla de playa la empleada del hotel me la negó, le dije que mi bebé de un año estaba temblando de frío y me contesto que no le importaba, había más personas pidiendo toallas y ella se las negaba y tenía muchas, ella fue a llamar a seguridad y dejo las toallas ahí , entonces otro huésped agarra 3 y me dio una para mi hijo y la empleada del hotel se me fue encima dos veces pidiendo que le regresara la toalla , casi me golpea por la toalla a la que tenía derecho ya que estamos pagando por eso. Me dio mucho coraje y dolor de cabeza por el incidente al ver la insensibilidad de el personal y a mi hijo lo tuve que ir a meter al sauna para que no sufriera más con el frío, mi bebé se enfermo le dio mucha fiebre esa noche y ya no disfrutamos más.

No se queden en este hotel por NINGUN motivo. Los elevadores se arruinan, el equipo de limpieza no cambia ropa de cama ni toallas (aunque lo pidas) por que si tienen un eco friendly que si no lo pides no lo hacen pero ni pidiendo el cambio lo hacen.
El personal es pesimo. Front desk no ayudan y son muy pesados.
Cuando se arruinaron los elevadores nosotros nos dirigíamos a hacer check out llevaba 6 maletas grandes y no nos quisieron ni ayudar a bajarlas aparte que los elevadores NO FUNCIONABAN. Bajamos 6 niveles con maletas por las gradas y lo hicimos 3 veces por que nadie quiso apoyar.
Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es el personal de parking. Siempre lo tenian a tiempo.
Jamas jamas jamas se hospeden aqui. No tienen servicio, es un hotel sucio y nadie ayuda

compramos hotel con piscina y esta fuera de servicio, y no nos avisaron, solicitamos por lo anterior cambio de habitación con balcon y nos la dieron, pero esta, en su lavamanos no tenia trampa en el desague al igual que la ducha, toallas pequeñas y de mala calidad, cocineta en mal estado, el balcon sin luz. A pesar que lo están remodelando, al menos mi habitación, el techo se cae a pedazos. Además tiene muy mal olor. La piscina estaba cerrada y NL avisaron y aún así cobran el extra.
Las personas del concierge muy poco amables, cuando uno quería preguntar algo la terminaban retando.
El equipo del valer muy amable y las del servicio de la playa también.
Pero no volvería jamás a este hotel y no lo recomiendo.

No le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, servicios y condiciones de la propiedad
Me parece una total falta de respeto el realizar trabajos de limpieza de ventanas con agua a presión y trabajos de taladro (drylling) desde horas de la mañana (muy temprano). Los huéspedes que buscan un resort van a descansar y no es nada correcto que se nos falte el respeto de esta manera.

No me gusto el servicio, ni el check in a las 4 pm y la piscina es hasta las 6 pm, el check out a las 9 am ya te tocan a la puerta, tecnicamente pagas la noche por nada

Excelente ubicación pero pésimo servicio. Poca atención, cobros de ítems que no están incluidos, no hay desayuno y todo justifican por el COVID. Para mi, decepcionante.
