Had an overall great stay! Staff was amazing!Posted Oct 7, 2015
Location: There is a CVS, KFC, Burger King, Italian Restaraunt, pharmacy, and a few other stores withing walking distance. Also, Adventura Mall is a little over
We stayed for just a couple nights and had a great time. The hotel is not the biggest or the newest, however the location is great and the service is outstanding. Check in was a breeze and the lady working was very nice. All the service we received at the lounge and pizzeria was great. We weren't as impressed with our room service breakfast but it wasn't bad. The room was very clean and nice. The pool was great.. we enjoyed our balcony also.

Would have given 0 stars if I couldPosted Sep 24, 2015
It took an hour to check-in with staff not sure what they're doing. Parking was a mess, they double charged for parking while a manager stood around not willing to help when asked about the situation. Room was inconvenient with no working power outlets to charge our electronics. KEEP LOOKING it's not worth the hassle.

They get you for everything.Posted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: The room.
Cons: The prices of the amenities if someone is staying 1 day don't charge them its a rip off big time. They pay enough for the room.
Location: There is plenty of places to eat and places to shop.
I came to this hotel for 1 night for an anniversary night get away. My room was great no complaints about that at all it was very clean had a beautiful view of the ocean. The bad thing is that the price really isn't worth 1 night stay. 1.They charge $15 for the amenities (a day) 2. $20 for valet. 3.You can't check in until 4pm check out is 11am so really it's a rip off if you don't stay more than 1 day. 4.The bar at the pool yeah I would advise to bring your own liquor since the rooms come with a small fridge. I had one of the bars specialty drinks off their menu (they add on 17% gratuity for those drinks so watch out for that) I had 1 drink and my husband had 1 beer it came out to $23.00 crazy right?? 5.Some people live at the hotel and they sit at the bar and try and mooch they will start off with giving compliments then ask for things. 6. Be careful when walking on the tile floors next to the elevators because I almost fell a few times because the floor was wet. 7.Hotel staff seemed like they could careless that you are there no smiles nothing when you check in when you check out they don't even ask you how your stay was.

Very nice resortPosted Sep 13, 2015
Pros: the pool area
Cons: you shouldn't put people who are renting on the same floor as people who live in the hotel
Location: there were plenty of places to eat and get what you needed near by. I really liked that.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good. Except for the people who I was told live in the hotel. I payed a lot of money to stay at the hotel and I thought that I was at church. From the moment I arrived there were people complaining about noise and security guards knocking on my door. There were a lot of people with children and I guess there were complaints about people being loud. all weekend i had secutiry guards knocking on my door asking me if i had seen children running in the hallway.

Hotel with private beach Access.Posted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: The swimmingpool deck and the Beach.
Cons: Yes, just Change the beds to a comfortable ones.
Location: This Hotel is located at the Collins Avenue (the longest street by the Miami beach stretched , at Sunny Isles, the reviera of Florida.
The Location was really great along Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles (Florida's Reviera), we came on a bus ride with USA Vacations Bus from Keywest, delivered us to the Hotel doors with no extra charges. The building was great it only Needs retaching on the interiors, the rooms are spacious with a kitchen and Utensils to cook on your own, it is with a cooking Range, Refrigerator(big one), microwave, toaster & coffee maker, etc. It should have been great to cook our own meals. But we didn't have a car to go Shopping for Food, so we had our breakfast at the Restaurants Buffet for 17$/Person, which my daughters said not bad, being served by waiters, with porcelain plates and silver cutleries & glasses. (previous 3 Hotels in span of two weeks had only plastic wares &Cups). Also Food can be bought at a Pizzeria at the cellar of the Hotel where Shops are located. The Highlight of this Hotel is the swimmingpool deck and its accessibility to the beach, with free use of beach cots, umbrellas & towels. I sat on the pool deck looking out to my Girls Swimming at the beach. Food & Drinks are also available with fair Prices at the pool bar. It was a perfect Location for a swim day with the pool & beach together. Infront of the Hotel we took the public Transport bus for $2,75/adult; $0.75/under 18 &Seniors to Miami Beach south/ market/ Shopping/Dining & back. To Miami Intl. Airport/shuttle $60/30 to 45 minutes The only loophole in this Hotel are the beds they're old and uncomfortable.
