Good room. Bad customer service!!

Hassle to get in touch with staff. Not customer friendly. Expected staff to go above and beyond to create an excellent customer experience

Nice hotel close to beach

Really enjoyed our stay here, room cleaning was great, hotel staff were helpful. There's is a great pizza place we enjoyed in the hotel. Only thing is that the hotel needs to update on their remodeling. -thank you for everything

More like motel

The hotel felt more like a motel. The stove was dirty, and still had grease on it. The room condition was terrible. The bed was itchy, and the motel food was nasty. The room had a terrible smell.

I usually do not complain but there is absolutely no sound barrier in the rooms. The neighbors can be extremely noisy with wild parties that last until sunrise and because some of these neighbors are "owners" of the rooms, the hotel has limited control over what they do. Cops had to be called but that was not much help. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room the very next morning away from the noise and to an ocean front. Do not stay on the lower level rooms that face the street.

Nice pool and beach. Front Desk staff are curteous and helpfull. Pool security are annoying with no outside food and drink abnoxious rules.

Awesome oceanview

I love the hotel, I would give it a 5 if they did a little more renovations. My room was great, the view breathtaking, the staff from the desk to the restaurant were all courteous and friendly.

Tired old hotel with a beach

Pros: The staff are friendly and responsive.
Cons: Room 509 needs to be totally remodeled by a construction professional before anyone else is asked to pay to stay in it.
Although this is a Ramada hotel, the rooms have private "Owners" and the hotel rents them out. The quality of the rooms vary from nice to old/dingy/uncomfortable. This stay I drew a dud. Don't stay in room #509. The door lock didn't work with the key cards and wasn't repaired during my 3 day stay. The room safe didn't work. The hotel was around when I was a kid( I'm 70) and the furniture was something from my childhood. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and the shower was full of mold/mildew. When flushed , the toilet was noisy and ran for approximately 10 minutes. The room was dark and gloomy. The King Size Bed springs poke through and the sides of the bed tilt down toward the floor and sag badly if you get anywhere near the edge. I paid for 3 nights ( non-refundable) but checked out after 2 and didn't stay the 3rd night.

Great location

This hotel was pretty clean staff in the lobby was super nice and friendly. The hotel is in a great location right off the beach. The pool was my favorite it was clean and well kept. Only negatives is the food at This location was pricey and not so good. The rooms are like mini apartments, stove, refrigerator, sofa, pots & pans cost was reasonable I would stay again. 5/2017
