Very nice hotel

Clean rooms friendly staff ,accommodating shuttle. Need thicker pillows and had to request extra washcloth only one in room for two people on both nights stay.

Close to the airport.

Free airport shuttle is very convenient including the free shuttle from the hotel to the port for cruisers.

Experiece at red roof plus

Beds uncomfortable and way too small for two. Air conditioning bad!!!! Elevators old, slow and scary you feel you are going to get stuck on it. Last but not least poor brekfast and small dining area

Disappointed

Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Improve customer service
Location: Private
Made reservation over the phone with confirmation via email, however the rate provided at the counter the rate increases significantly. Needless to say I was very disappointed as I had gave up other reasonable opportunity for this hotel........won't happen again.

Never come back

Location: Airport but no restaurants
First of all when I just arrived I didn't find any parking space, I had to left it in the street. The parking available for the guests is too small for the number of the roons. The check in was fast but the guy wasn't so kind. The elevators is scare, you feel like something wrong can happens, it's to old and noisy. Seems they renewed just the roons and left the rest of the hotel for the flys. The rooms is good, they renewed it. My roon was beside the elevator and because of the noise I couldn't sleep after 6 AM, next time in any hotel I never accept this room beside elevators, is terrible.

Convenient for early morning travel close to MIA.

Pros: Close to airport for early morning travel
Cons: If a room is booked and paid for should prepared for number of guest room is booked for . E.g 4 guest, 4 sets of towels, 3 guest 3 sets of towels.
Location: Ok, Home Depot, malls, hospital.
Room booked and prepaid for four persons, only two sets of towel, no room service. Front desk did not have sufficient towels for other two guest in the room. No phone was in the room, had to wait for the next day. Not sufficient parking Breakfast items ran out before allocated time had ended.

Would not go there again, I was charge twice through Expedia and the hotel, according to the person that checked me in the payment did not go through an it was just a hold, the money was going back to my account. Lies I still haven't received the money

2nd Time at Red Roof Inn

This was our 2nd time at Red Roof Inn for an overnight stay at Miami. They were fantastic! This time we brought my parents and they took care of all 4 of us. Would definitely recommend this hotel for people cruising the next day.
