Pretty hotel close to the beach!!

I enjoyed my stay. They provide free drinks during happy hour. They cleaned my room as soon as I left and actually moved my stuff in a designated area so that they could clean all areas.

Overall great place to stay, fairly convenient both ways. Staff are great but a little slow. Very close to the beach, pools and relax area are excellent.

Great Staff, across street a beautiful Miami Beach

Pros: Great staff, friendly and helpful! Right across from beautiful sandy beach! Location! Cool red & black interior design!
Cons: Update rooms, clean windows & new paint...I was on the PH floor.
Location: Great location in Mid-Miami Beach area, 12 blocks from South Beach! Nuff said!
Super friendly and helpful staff! From the check-in with a free upgrade to the bartender and breakfast server, the Red South Beach was a great experience from a personal staff standpoint! Next was the great location! Right across the street from a beautiful sandy beach with coral jetty, two high end resorts on the beach, but the Red SB was an affordable alternative. Only 12 blocks to South beach, was a 2 min car ride for dinner and drinks right in the heart of the South Beach hot spot! This hotel is an high value option, for those not needing 4 star accommodations, but getting the location of the big resorts just north of South Beach!

I arrived very Tired just got out of Class & I got lost. I just wanted to Check in have A Shower and get some Sleep. I called the Hotel to get Direction, I got disconnected, I called back just got the Address & Hung-up on. Check-in was not pleasant. After trying to be nice & explaining how I had a very Long Day, she Relectly try to give Service with a Smile. She also said I could Receive a free Drink from 5-7 I took My Luggage upstairs & came Right back down went to get the Free Drink & was Told it 7:00 & I'm not making anymore Drinks if U get One U will Pay for it. So Rude. I just said Ok! & left. This Hotel is not Great on Customer Service. Experience the same Treatment when I Check out!!!! @ 6:00am I was told I could Order a Breakfast to Go. Because I was Leaving so Early. It was 1 slice of Hard white Bread & a 3 day old Hard Croissant. OMG. I left it right there in the Lobby.

Dear Anita , thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I did share your comments with our front desk department. Regarding the happy hour it is a free drink and it runs from 5Pm to 7 Pm. For guests leaving very early before the restaurant opening we do prepare a breakfast to go which is prepared the night before from the Restaurant night staffs. It was cute. A good place to stay when in Miami.thw decor when you first enter really catches your eye. The food was not the best. Well at least what I had. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was wayyyy over cooked.

It went well. Pool needed to be clean. Room was nice. Shower floor needs to be updated. Restaurant and employees were nice. Close to the beach. For what we paid I would go again

I loved being on the second floor but my room was so tiny I could hardly turn around. The delicious food at the restaurant and the amazingly friendly staff made up for the small quarters.

Nice small hotel close to the Beach

Cons: nil
Location: South beach and shops
The Hotel is close to the Board walk and beach and has a great pool and private swimming area. The restaurant is outstanding and the staff very friendly. The room was comfortable but had the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced. Overall however I would recommend it to families. It is about 12 blocks to get to South Beach proper but it is an easy walk that is pleasant. The hotel is easily reached from either Miami or Fort Lauderdale airports.

Nice hotel in the heart of south beach. Walking beach distance. Horrible parking, would not recommend for someone with a car.
