I loved being on the second floor but my room was so tiny I could hardly turn around. The delicious food at the restaurant and the amazingly friendly staff made up for the small quarters.

Nice small hotel close to the Beach

Pros: Pool, Location, Restaurant
Cons: nil
Location: South beach and shops
The Hotel is close to the Board walk and beach and has a great pool and private swimming area. The restaurant is outstanding and the staff very friendly. The room was comfortable but had the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced. Overall however I would recommend it to families. It is about 12 blocks to get to South Beach proper but it is an easy walk that is pleasant. The hotel is easily reached from either Miami or Fort Lauderdale airports.

Nice hotel in the heart of south beach. Walking beach distance. Horrible parking, would not recommend for someone with a car.

Nice hotel close to the beach & to supermarket

Pros: Hotel close to the beach, clean and staff very polite and helpful
Location: Hotel close to the beach, to bus stop and to supermarket
We were glad to stay at Red South Beach hotel. Room clean, has coffe maker, refrigerator, wi-fi

Decent and close to the beach

Pros: Bed was comfortable and staff was nice
Cons: Don't hustle patrons for more money, clean the rooms everyday and change the carpeting.
Location: The beach was close by and there were plenty of clubs to visit. We went for a girls getaway. We did not participate in any family activities.
The staff was accommodating, allowing us to check out a little later without having to pay extra. But when we checked in we had to pay $150 for amenities. First time I've ever had to pay for towels. Then we were charged $29 per night to valet our car. I felt we were being nickeled and dimed. Our room was not cleaned every day and our towels were not changed out. We thought we received new towels and confidently took them off the rack when we noticed the towel my friend was using had my makeup on it.

Greetings from Red South Beach , we do appreciate your comments about the beds and staffs . In response to the valet , we do have the best prices compare to South Beach standards. Every hotel charge 35-45$ for the valet and we charge 29$ per day considering that the public parking is 4$ per hour we do have the best price compare to the market. We do not charge for the towels but we have a resort fee covering the wireless internet , computer loans and other services we do offer. Convenient to Beach

Location: Beach across the street. Food places close by.
It was a pleasant surprise to find this hotel so close to the beach. It was just across the street from the beach. The stay was comfortable and the hotel was clean.

unique, love the color red theme

Pros: location, rates, style and interior decoration
Cons: house rules (regarding beach attire in common areas) the kitchen (hours, design)
Location: nice location, close to new Faena art district
Nice staff, good location away from the heart of the busy strip but still close enough to the beach

I was really disappointed I think it is very expensive to stay at Red South beach hotel and it doesnt have a good breakfast, beds are very old , not clean, small rooms not like it shows on the pictures and also i had to pay resort fee , it supposted to be incluse in the reservation.

Very nice hotel,close to the beach

Cons: Will be good to have hookah outside,at the pool area ☺️
Customer service very good. Like the theme "Red" ,in the room and the lobby. Staff very friendly. The hotel is close to the beach. I would like to come back.
