Very convinient area,clean and safe but very noise. Was there for business. Was hard to sleep due to the people partying on the street at 2 am. Everything else were fine.

Me and my husband travel from the Bahamas we stayed at comfort inn the staff really pleasant and the room is very spacious and clean breakfast was good . I have no complaints I enjoyed my time staying there. They also offer shuttle to the cruise port ..

located to the cruise terminal which was great. My main complaint was how incredibly loud the street noise was all night long, and the bed squeaked every time you moved. Otherwise it was okay.

I had a bad experience, feel very uncomfortable. They upgrade the room to me, the room and the space was very good, but since i enter the room the wi-fi wasn’t working. Long story short. They told me they “have problems with the distance of the wi-fi”. Theirs solution was they offer the conference room for me if i need to connect. Really?,They cant solve the wifi problem? It was unbelievable. If you work and have virtual conference meetings, stay only if they solve the problem. Also the breakfast was very basic, not too many options. Not even hashbrowns. At the end they didn't offer me a discount or something, really bad experience. They have to improve the customer experience.

The front desk staff Kevin was amazing, our 2 year old grandson had an accident in the lobby and he was quick to help provide emergency supplies and call EMS for us.. He was super polite and we would definitely stay again. All other staff members we spoke with were also friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was impeccable. Im hard to please and this hotel and staff definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

Fine for an evening but nothing special at all. Toilet in bathroom is low and the door is so close to the toilet you have to go sideways to get in. Walking distance to some good restaurants though. Fine for one night.

The hotel had nice size rooms and the dining area was semi spacious. Several gym machines were not working and had limited equipment but it was nice to have a gym regardless. My partner and I arrived early morning from our cruise terminal hoping for a semi short wait for our room. There was a surprising $70.00 early check in fee but that was dependent on availability. We declined to pay and had to wait over 5 hours for a room. Fortunately, the front desk staff made a room available several hours before the designated check in time. It seems though the hotel is strict on both check in and check out times.

I do not like the fact that we had no shuttle service from airport. When it said shuttle service and I called and they said they had free shuttle. That is why I booked with them. We jumped on a comfort inn shuttle to a different location then they said they don’t go to the comfort inn we were staying at downtown so we had to get off there and take a Lyft to our hotel. When getting to hot I tried to give a cash deposit but they don’t accept cash. Ridiculous.

Double suite with pullout couch worked well for our family but no bedding in the room for the pullout which we didn’t find out out until we wanted to go to bed and had to call twice. A bit disappointed that the pool was under ‘maintenance’ Free metro right next door and fairly convenient to get around. Decent for what we paid and would consider again

The staff was the friendliest! they always had smiles on their faces and this was both the day time and night time staff... the place is nice. Very clean. only downside is when i came there was construction going but other than that i would recommend this place.

Checked in 4/1. I had made 2 separate one night reservations for 2 nights total, check out 4/3. I had meant to reserve for 2 nights originally but made a mistake. I had informed the hotel head of time of this in writing and then again at check in 4/1. I prepaid through expedia. They swiped my card at check in yesterday and used for incidentals. 4/2 at ~9:45 p m I received a call from Paola at the front desk saying I needed to pay $13 in local taxes, since they didn't collect it on 4/1, and that I needed to come to the front desk and pay. I didn't understand why they couldn't just charge my card on file. she said it didn't work. Couldn't wait until the morning. At the desk I asked what Would have happened if I was sleeping or didn't get the call. she told me she would call the manager and likely they would have to call the police. For $13 in taxes. Card on file. They used it for the 4/1-4/2 reservation. She said they had been trying to reach me all day. however, there were no missed phone calls on my cell phone or messages waiting for me in my room. nor were there any email messages. Horrible service. At Check-in. They made a mistake by not running my card again. but instead paola was threatening that the police might have to kick me out if I didn't pay the $13. No sense of judgment . I spoke to the manager gladys the next morning and she was apologetic.

Very nice, clean hotel. We stayed the night before our cruise. We loved watching all of the boats go by from our window. Staff was super friendly, we were allowed to check in about an hour early since our room was ready, which was a huge plus, we had been traveling since 3 am. Front desk staff was helpful recommending a place to eat dinner with in walking distance.
