Received VIP treatment upon arrival

Pros: The location, the size of the suite and amenities.
Cons: The reception in building number 2 could be a bit cleaner
The suite is great with 2 queen size beds, a huge bathroom, separate living room and kitchenette. Loved our stay!

I always stay here when I go to south beach. I like the location and the rooms. Staff is great-Pedro

Nice Hotel

It was close to the beach and the tourist scenes but also far away enough to not feel overwhelmed if you wanted to hang out on the patios or balconys. The rooftop pool had a nice view of the skyline. The restaurant had pretty good food. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with exploring south Beach.

Not what the say it is

This was the smallest room ever ,and the staff sucks, they left my bags down stairs unattended and didn't even call too let me know that the airline had dropped it off.

Fun place to stay.

Pros: Location and proximity to the Beach.
Cons: Sound proofing and better blackout curtains.
Location: If you are going to party on the beach, this is a great location to be. Leave the car, take the shuttle and then Uber.
Nice place, convenient neighborhood to the beach, busy with lots going on. No street parking and not a quite place. Plenty to do around this area, just be prepared to be in a busy area.

Not bad.

Not a luxury hotel. On a side street, not on Collins Ave nor on the beach but just 1-2 blocks away. In some ways that's better anyway. Lobby small. Loud at night. Hotel seems a little old and thin, like it could blow over in a storm. Good location. Staff pleasant and helpful. We walked up and down South Beach and found the hotel again without trouble.

Nice rooms .. very noisy !!!

I could hear the people's conversations word for word in the room next to me .. foot steps , cars .. so annoying I couldn't get any sleep and it is not close to the beach .. rooms are clean staff is friendly but I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel
