Not clean hotel staff useless no hot water.

Hotel was old and been beaten up. Hotel staff were useless . No hot water , the only good thing was the air conditioning. Location was central and good but some shady folks hanging around. Just keep you expectations low when booking.

Water everywhere

I'm sad because I stayed here previously. But, my room smelled damp, had water leaking through the ceiling and poor temperature control. Even after getting another room, the new room had a leaky ceiling. The air conditioning unit was leaking again. Then in the middle of the night water started leaking from the shower ceiling.

Could be better but it's not

Staff was extremely slow and not helpful at all. We left our room for the day and housekeeping never came in to clean. Front desk never answered the phone so I had to physically go ask face to face the questions I had.

Ziemlich abgewohnt, von 6 TV Sendern sind 3 Spanisch, schmutzige Gänge, nur 1 Ice-Maschine funktioniert und das nur bis Mittag, zum Frühstück nur scheusslicher Kaffee, heißes Wasser aber keine Teebeutel. Sehr lautes Publikum, das bis nach Mitternacht durch die Gänge rennt und im Pool lärmt. Internet funktioniert nur in der Lobby. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Trotz Check out Zeit im 12 pm wird ab 10.00 Uhr per Telefon bzw. direkt gefragt ob man noch immer da ist. Lage wäre sehr günstig, aber sonst nicht zu empfehlen.

Better clean

Te floor was dirty especially at the edges, the toilet was leaking was report and no body checked while I was there, the cleaning lady knock the door several time trying to clean the room and the chekout is at noon, they not aceppt paid by phone, that's why my rate is terrible.

There were flies in my room and I requested Maintenance at the front desk and Noone never showed. It is not a clean hotel.

Great stay and experience. Would recommend and return! The staff was extremely nice and I enjoyed that the pool stayed open late. I have a lot of history in that hotel as all my cheerleading awards banquets were held there. It was the perfect hotel to stay at to make my visit to Miami perfect!

Great location but no maintenance

The hotel is an great location, however the owner does not keep it clean there is mold everywhere, it takes like two hours to get clean towels... The ac in the room stop working and there was no personnel to fix it and the entire hotel stink like a gym

Awful hotel

People were in the pool until late hours. Could not sleep. Cleanliness of the rooms were not great. Beds were uncomfortable. Do keys would never work. Always took me about 5 minutes to get in my room or I would have to go back to the front desk for another room key. Will never stay here again.
