The room was fine and the staff were helpful, however there was a domestic incident in the room next to us our second night that resulted in us feeling incredibly unsafe, so we will not return to this hotel.

The place is used as a rehabilitation center. People had blood on them wrap in gauze . So not sanitary!

This place had broken elevators, the beds were deplorable, there was leaking water and a gaping hold in the tub. I asked to be changed to a new room and was given an extremely hard time. It was nit worth the money that i paid.

The pictures are very deceiving! Everything about this place is disgusting! The beds broke when my husband sat on it. The floor is super disgusting. I’m sure there is mold in every room. Watch out for water bugs that come out of the shower. It’s in a terrible location. The staff were super nice but other than that I wouldn’t waste money on this place! Also there is a strip club not far and you will see the strippers staying in this location. Stay anywhere else but here!

I will not recommend this hotel charge you $12 for no reason coffee make it on the floor one microwave for the whole hotel , they work as a pretty nice as yours the hotel is not what I was expecting

Has a pool. Room is a room. No microwave. Toilet doesn’t flush that well if you’re in the 4th floor. And key cards stopped working randomly. Was an alright stay but wouldn’t recommend.

My room has no fridge or microwave., they're just giant Holes where it would be. Doors were falling apart. Elevator in disrepair. Its definitely a 2 Star hotel. Didn't see anything bugs, sheets were clean.

TERRIBLE. The hall photo in the profile is NOT AT ALL representative of the hotel. The photos of the rooms totally distort reality. Came here on my way out of Florida for 2 nights, rented a room with 2 queen beds (1 for me and my wife and one for my 2 teenage kids), they weren't even queen, barely fit 2 people each, matresses were totally destroyed, only one pillow per person which was literally half a pillow, if you asked for more they didn´t have, they gave us 2 towels and charged us for 4 people, didn´t have more towels available. Dirty, couldn't ventilate, everything was 30-40 years old, the AC was very noisy, no ventilation, humid, wet walls, mainteinance was horrible... It was half the price of what I paid for a nice large apartment with 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, living, kitchen, etc., close by and wanted to save money, expeced something half as comfortable, it was like 10 times worse, totally disproportionate pricing for what you get... pool is cold btw I guess being in Miami people come here once in a lifetime because it's in a decent location and they don't care if people never come back, their business model is to lure people with better pricing than the rest, but be assured, if yo pay half, you're getting one tenth as worse...

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00pm on the 21st of February. I immediately noticed how dingy the lobby was. Also, as I was waiting to check in, I noticed several customers complaining in the lobby to the staff about the conditions of their rooms and that there had been no resolution to their complaints. I started to get a sick feeling in my stomach as this hotel was nothing like the pictures, I had seen in the advertisement. Finally, my sister and I were given a key to our room. As we walked down the hallway the smell of wet carpet and I believe mold was assaulting. The doors and hallway walls were in terrible condition dirty and dingy, scratches on wall and door frames. When I entered the hotel room, it was even worse than the hallways and lobby. It looked dirty dark depressing, and the smell was unbearable. I decided right there I would not stay in that hotel no matter what. My sister and I went back to the lobby and explained that the room was unacceptable and why. I told them that I was not staying and would be leaving immediately. They tried to get me to stay by showing me another room which was just as bad. At that point I said I was leaving, and I proceeded to call an uber and make reservations in another hotel. I am trying to get refunded from the hotel, but I don't have faith they will.

This is the worst place I have ever seen. Run down, smells pungent, this is below subpar conditions. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to run out. No one in their right mind would stay here. As soon as I checked in, I checked out, I was quickly refunded, my parking fee and deposit, but not the price of the "hotel" room. Please refund my reservation as I did not stay here, and they told me at the front desk that I had to contact Expedia directly.

Worse hotel experience of last 10 years. Starting with 45 minutes to check in and there was one person ahead of me. Two people at the front desk. One was not available to check guests in for some reason. People in front of me tried over and over to get the amounts reduced, they would leave and another person from their party would come, etc. 25 minutes. My check in was 15 minutes. Why? I don't know. She would stare at the screen for 5 minutes at a time and say nothing. Plus lots of copy machine action. Very rude. Then the room was dirty, furniture falling apart. Turned the A/C up to 80, still was was 65 degrees. Had to bundle up in a blanket. Skip this property. They obvious don't care.

Terrible stay. Rooms were unkept and furnishings in bad shape. Terrible staff. Keys never worked. Room maintenance was horrible. House keeping inconsistent. Air conditioner temperature was locked. Freeze all the time. Place felt unsafe. Very disappointing. Will not book again with Expedia.

The smell of mold hits you in the face. There was a half used bottle of shampoo. Mold on the walls. Two of the lamps didn’t work. The flooring needed to be replaced and had gaps between the boards. The shower was tepid. There was no coffee pot in the room.

Nice sized reasonably priced room in a nice property - with an overall friendly staff. Extra charge for slightly early check in, and charging for parking in their own lot, both seems a bit much, but its also not unheard of either. Ultimately I would stay here again if I was in the area

upon arrival i was immediately greeted by a man asking for change. my room was dirty, including stains on the bathtub and toilet seat. there were clumps of hair in various places. also the hot water was at best luke warm. i do not recommend any one stay here. as a result i checked out early and they are now giving me a run around in an effort to delay or deny a request for refund for the days i did not stay. i do not recommend booking this location if you have family or children.
