Comfortable room and beds. The pool area is pleasant. However, the view behind the pool and back windows is a construction site, presently a dirt lot with bulldozers and trucks. During the day, there was constant noise from the vehicles. Day and night, of course with the facility being so close to the airport, there was the noise of jets taking off and landing. Bring your ear plugs!
Outdated and filty! The duvet was yellow old and looks moldy. We asked for a replacement but were told they don’t have a newer duver, they gave us a rugular blanket instead. Room is dusty and bathtub is dirty. Only good thing is it is close to the airport.

Convenience to the airport. Wilingess to receive & hold Amazon packages.
Entrance is nice, open, airy. Rooms are clean, restaurant had decent food. We opted to not stay for breakfast which was $$ ($35/adult, $22/child) buffet style.

Clean property, excellent service (reception , shuttle bus drivers, housecleaning staff, dining room & bar personnel, etc), walking distance to subway/metro; overall a great experience - thanks Sheraton!

An older, decent hotel with convenient airport location. The rooms are comfortable enough. Service is very good and the outdoor pool area is very nice. Large, heated pool was the highlight. The restaurant was decent as well.

The rooms are small and smell pretty musty.
We arrived at 1pm and were told check in was at 3 and they would call us once the room is ready. We returned to the hotel at 3 assuming the room would be ready and they said it would be another hour. We returned again at 4 and were told our room had been ready for an hour and they are not sure why nobody called us. The room smelled musty and definitely not recently cleaned, the aircon was extremely loud. The cost of this hotel is outrageous for the service and very basic dirty rooms.

I only stayed one night, but it was clean, had airport shuttle,had a great location to good restaurants, and it was quiet and family friendly.

Terribly cold the whole night. No answer from concierge. Hand cream left used and empty with no cream, the small individual container, terrible experience.

Air conditioning did not work. It was eventually fixed the next day. Restaurant was limited
The front desk offered us two breakfast, and extended the check out time until 4:30pm, and room condition is good. And they have shuttle bus. Recommend!

The internet system was down and I couldn't get into my room until 12:30am and I had to leave at 4:000am on a flight for $320 dollars to sleep for 3 hours, a shame, a robbery without a weapon
Had a 14 hour layover in Miami. Just a short stay. Room was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Airport shuttle runs every 15 min or so. No issues with my stay. Did not eat at the restaurant or had their complimentary breakfast buffet.

Not the best customer service kinda of racist and the booking said free parking and we end up paying $29 each day…
The bell staff was very friendly and helped with holding bags as we arrived early. The front desk staff seemed as they were bothered they had to help people. Something so simple the next day was I had called for wake up call at 3am and they confirmed, unfortunately I didn’t get a call, when I was checking out I mentioned it and they just stared at me with. Zero response. I would have hope for a simple sorry about that or at least lie and say they would look into that.
Other reviews I saw read talked about the carpet and elevators, elevators seem old and make a lot of noise and feel uncomfortable at time going up or down.
Very old hotel looks as if the rooms have not been remodeled in 30 years the carpet was so dirty that I was washing dirt off my bare feet. I would’ve expected much more for the amount we paid.
