Terrible experience and not just for me, other clientes shouting in reception desk!! What once was not it is not!! Urgent renewal of place and staff!!

We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding your recent stay, and thank you for sharing it with us and our future guests! We are truly disappointed that your time spent here at Shore Club was not the experience you expected. Whilst we work very hard to provide our guests with the best experience we may sometimes just not get it right. We are indeed working on a design update for various locations of the hotel. We do not have a time line yet. We hope that you would come back in the future and give us a second chance, as we would truly love to make it up to you!
