This place isn't safe people loud and fighting and cursing up all night had a early flight at 8 am left hotel at 1 am safer at the airport also found roaches in bathroom and wasn't cheap 187 bucks Don't stay here would like a refund but my life is worth more then $187 expedia should remove from site

My only issue was there being no monitoring or control at the pool. The lady gave me a code but people not staying at the hotel were already in the pool with a bunch of kids and kept opening the gate for others. So it didn’t feel safe or secure. Other than that it was good

The staff was professional. The location is just a good distance from the bussy 36th. The black out curtain works well yet I miss a half way and still have privacy. I was streetside and once the roll curtain is open, the privacy is gone. Either a tinted glass or an added curtain option. At breakfast, the meat offered seemed old and was not hot at 8am. Coffee in the room worked well. The elevator makes shocking rides and might need a check-up.

This is the worst place Ive ever stayed. The hallways were completely cluttered with laundry bins and janitorial supplies. I couldn’t not sleep due to constant arguments by my room door. The only satisfactory thing there was reliable transportation. The driver is an amazing person with great customer service skills.

Pro Convenient Shuttle to MIA airport with good timeline, 17 mins ride in the morning. Room was clean, AC works Cons The shower door didn't close in my room. The security could be better, I didn't feel unsafe during my stay but there's only 1 bolt lock in the door and it's a chip key entry.

We arrived at 11:15pm after a long day of travel. There was 10 parties waiting to check into their rooms ahead of us and only 1 lady working who happened to be extremely rude. If I didn’t pay ahead of time we would have went elsewhere. Our room smelled of marijuana and smoke, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Definitely would stay elsewhere.
