Pro Convenient Shuttle to MIA airport with good timeline, 17 mins ride in the morning. Room was clean, AC works Cons The shower door didn't close in my room. The security could be better, I didn't feel unsafe during my stay but there's only 1 bolt lock in the door and it's a chip key entry.

We arrived at 11:15pm after a long day of travel. There was 10 parties waiting to check into their rooms ahead of us and only 1 lady working who happened to be extremely rude. If I didn’t pay ahead of time we would have went elsewhere. Our room smelled of marijuana and smoke, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Definitely would stay elsewhere.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. It promised on free airport shuttles but only between 7am from the hotel and 9:30pm to the hotel. Also no offer of breakfast for very early morning flyers. Receptionists not professional - kept guests waiting to check-in whilst they counted the takings and changed shifts. Felt like a supermarket. Would not recommend 1st (ground) floor room - ours smelt very damp and we were offered air freshener as a solution. Convinced them to exchange our room only for the second one to smell of stale smoke. We were only there overnight so gave up pursuing anything further.

Close to the airport so off the beaten path. But staff is VERY friendly. This is the most staff I’ve seen taking care of a property since before COVID craziness. Great job!

The room was very clean. The beds could be a little bigger but they were comfortable just not enough water pressure. The shower had very low water pressure. But will return in the future.
