Don’t prepay shuttle if cruising

After 40 minutes waiting for so called prepaid shuttle, the 4 in our group took cab. Don’t waste your money. Won’t use this hotel or service again.

Only down fall was my view from the room . Side that the hotel was nice.. bed and pillows was awesome!!! Loved the shower and soft of the towels

Nice hotel in so so area

Very nice hotel, renovated rooms, excellent upgrades. Location is not great due to the surrounding areas. However provides excellent value for the money.

Close Transit Station and Hospital Row

Booked a stay while in-town for a Marlins game and shopping. The Marriott is close to the MRT station (10 minutes), and about 40 minutes to Marlins Park. The double bed room we reserved was very large, and many amenities offered. There was a separate washroom and shower so you can avoid conflicts in the morning and thereafter. A comfortable L-shaped sofa allows you to watch the large LCD tv, and there's also a fridge and microwave for late night munchies. Lollipops are offered at the reception bdrsk, and two computers allow you to surf and print out boarding passes. We would stay at the Springhill Suites again!

Medical district

I was quite upset to learn the free airport shuttle advised on Expedia site had been discontinued since June. We booked it for the free airport shuttle. But I must say the comfort and free breakfast made up. The breakfast was wonderful and probably save us more.All in all it was ok. But not close to any attraction but a free shuttle is offered to take you to a wonderful shopping area with great dinning options. Staff was kind. Soo I was pleased overall

Not what I expected

Pros: The room was pretty nice, can't complain about that.
Cons: surrounding neighborhood
Location: nothing within walking distance
It was just ok, pictures sure made it look nicer. The pool was way too small.

Nasty room.

I stayed 2 times before my cruise and after. 1st room EXCELLENT. 2nd room... HORRIBLE, NASTY, SOFA BED LIKE A BRICK, CARPET HAD SO MANY NASTY STAINS...... VERY UNHAPPY.. WE TOLD FRONT DESK ABOUT SOFA BED THEY REPLIED "WE DONT HAVE ANOTHER ROOM"...
