The location, the room, and especially the people were great. Minor negative was the parking but we can live with it.

Truly and oasis!

I booked this trip for my daughter and I based on reviews, and am so happy we stayed at this beautiful hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the property was an enjoyable boutique environment.

Not as described and not worth the $$$

Staff is awesome most likely to componsate for the poor accommodations. Very expensive for what is provided. Floors and furniture are dirty. View is of neighboring rooms. Not like described when booking.

Hotel is nice staff are awesome

Th e first day I arrived the hotel was overbooked and I was move to another hotel. Initially I was not happy but the staff. The hotel paid for the taxi cab ride to the other hotel and back to the angler the next day. When I arrived they had a very. I've room ready for me with an handwritten apology note for my inconvenience. The front desk person Lauren brought a bottle of wine up to my room and apologized again. I was shocked and surprised. The rest of the staff was great, the room looked like it was newly renovated. Over all I was very impressed with how the staff handled things. I travel quite a bit for business and in large hotels the personal touch is lost. This boutique hotel has. It lost that. I've touch.

south beach option

Saw several rooms before accepting a very comfortable one: some had no bedside tables and lamps, some had balconies overlooking a walkway between two very close buildings. Service is very pleasant but erratic, continental breakfast indifferent. Some strange lacks in our fine room: no towel racks by sink, had to drape damp hand towels over the toilet. Also no chest of drawers though plenty of room for one. In general-- pleasant but erratic.

Extraordinary- close to everything but private

This hotel was great for a girls weekend. It was close to everything but still set back, quiet and private. Had great character and the staff was great. We had an issue with the hot tub but they were very responsive and accommodating. One of the best places we have stayed!!
