Overall, the hotel is a descent place since you are feet’s away from the beach. The only reason I gave an average 3 stars is because of the following: 1) The restroom did not had a ventilator. 2) The windows don’t open especially in the bathroom. 3) The space of the bedroom was small and the floor look dirty and old. 4) The hotel charges a lot of “miscellaneous charges”. Especially, when I had to pay an additional $75 for an early check in. Most hotels in California and Las Vegas don’t do this. However, overall it has walkable places to shop around and seeing the beach, which makes this a descent spot.

The room smelled like mildew and had visible water damage on the cabinet in the room. I Told the older gentleman at the counter shortly after the discovery and he was extremely rude and unpleasant. It was very hard being in a room for two days with the suffocating odor. We left after the second night. I did speak to a different gentleman the second night and he was much more pleasant and understanding. He offered to refund the resort fee. I was very disappointed staying there with my 2 daughters. The room was not cheap for 2 nights with all the fees and other resort expenses. The other staff members were great and the dining was delicious. The awful smell was a deal breaker for me to even give a good review. The hotel should have not rented that room in that condition. No one even came to the room to inspect.

For the most part- the way was great! Staff is friendly, however service was extremely slow for drinks at the bar, pool, and outside dining. There was little to no consistency on the sizes of the drinks. And they are extremely expensive. Rooms were ok. Bed was really comfortable. Wardrobe didn’t have shelves for belongings and there weren’t enough hangers. In the bathroom- there was not a lot of counter space and I wish the room had a full length mirror somewhere.

Location to beach was nice. Staff was amazing except for Valet (terrible) was not told about spring break streets blocked off and took 2 hours to make it there after parking a block and a half away. Expected way more for the price

The restaurant at the hotel was the best part. Best food we had during our stay. I took a star away because the rooms are subpar, they look nothing like the pictures. No decor, no throw pillows, etc like the photos. I called to ask if all the rooms were like this and was told yes. Also the bathroom pedestal sink is inconvenient. There’s no place in the bathroom to place your things. Enjoyed our stay overall though, the vibe was nice & great location.

Overall the hotel was merely acceptable. It was across from the beach, our main reason for choosing it. Be careful about where your room is. Granted, we didn't pay the higher price for a view or a balcony, but our room was not located in the main hallway but at the end of the hallway through a door to the stairwell that led to the kitchen. The stairwell and our room had the distinct smell of a commercial kitchen. The staff overall was very mediocre, long wait for drinks/food at the outdoor bar, there was only one bartender and he was hustling, but he was also the only bartender and was responsible for making drinks for the hotel restaurant also - it was not a one time occurrence as if they were understaffed just one day, it was on multiple days. The housekeeping staff was also very lackluster. One morning, we left our room at 9am, hung the tag on our door for housekeeping, returned at 5 and our room still had not been tended to. We called the front deck for towels, waited 30 minutes and no towels came. I found a member of the housekeeping staff and asked for towels, she did not speak English and did not understand my request. I'm aware it is Miami Beach and there are many Spanish speaking members of the community, but as housekeeping staff, a simple request for towels should have been easy enough. I even went back to my room and grabbed a dirty towel to show her, I still never received any towels. We ended up going to the pool area and taking pool towels so we could shower.

While language barriers sometimes arise, simple requests such as towels should always be accommodated. We checked in on Friday afternoon (Jan. 12th, 2024) and left on Sunday (Jan. 14th, 2024). We never had hot water in our room and it made us really mad. If you are going to have a hotel, the basics are the basics, and are not complicate : have nice clean rooms, nice clean sheets... and HOT WATER! When we checked out and I mentioned it to the person at the front desk, he didn't even apologize, he demonstrated absolutely no empathy. I was very polite, smiling even... and he was cold as ice. (He was a tall man, with braces on his teeth, and on my invoice, it said he was "Cashier ID: MMCKOY3". This guy needs to learn how to smile and be nice with guests!) He didn't make me feel listened to, he didn't make me feel important. He demonstrated absolutely no empathy, and obviously didn't care at all. He didn't even make a note to have the problem checked for the next guests of the room we were in. Fortunately, there are other people working at your hotel such as the guy who was at the bar on Friday and Saturday evening; thanks to him and him only, I rated your hotel 2 stars.

Room was poorly appointed: small bathroom with no shelf for toiletries, no desk and limited dresser space. Housekeeping came late or didn’t show up and did a cursory job. Don’t waste money on valet parking; there was a more than 1/2 hour delay to get the car, and sometimes the desk had to call the valet, almost as if they had to wake him up. Halls and elevators were constantly noisy even in the middle of the night. I expected more from a “Hilton”; I would not return to this hotel.

Hotel is okay generally, great location close to the beach, we were at 6th floor, too much noise in the evening, room cleanliness needs be improved. All of all, Don’t book from Expedia! They have misleading information about the rooms and did nothing when I called them because I had booked a wrong room based on their advertising. Also Expedia even has a higher room rate than you can book for hotels directly, do check again every time when you need. I am deleting my Expedia account.

It was a disappointing stay. The room did not feel clean, with visible stains on most surfaces. Housekeeping rarely refilled what was needed. There was only one bedside lamp, which was odd. It simply wasn't comfortable or accomodating. DJs and loud music blasted until early hours of the morning, despite being told at check-in that by law, the outdoor music would be turned off at 11pm. The front desk lost a package. The list goes on. Will continue our search for a decent and clean hotel for Miami business travel.

The hotel is noisy at night, the windows are bad, there is no sound isolation. The staff was nice, but when you call for a service from the room it goes to some call center in India, and you never get what you asked for. I had to walk to front desk any time anything was wrong. On the first night they didn't put extra bedding for the third person - I booked the room for 3 - after waiting for hours had to go myself and get it. The floors were dirty in the room, even after they "cleaned" it. The faucets had water marks, although the bathroom itself was clean.

My room was literally in the stairs corridor. It was extremely hot and very noisy. I was constantly hearing the kitchen staff take their breaks on the lower landing of stairs and talk loudly on their phones. My mattress sat upon a wooded platform that was larger than the mattress. I cracked my shins multiple times into the exposed wooden corner. This is a stupid idea in a room this small where you can barely get around the end of the bed. Disappointed in this stay.
