Needs to pay more attention to customer service

We had no internet except in the very noisy lobby. As my husband, a consultant, needed to work it was costly. Requested a chair, any chair numerous times but never got one. There was one broken chair in the room and a low hassock which was not useable at the desk. The Deauville needs updating - the halls, elevators, and furnishing are grungy.
