WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY!

First thing when we got checked into the room, I wanted to call the rest of my travel companions to let them know that we had arrived. I picked up the phone and it literally fell apart in my hand! I went down to the desk to get it fixed or get a replacement, their so called engineer came to the desk and said the battery was dead (what that has to do with the phone being in pieces, I have not figured out) She replaced the battery and said I would have no phone until the next day because the battery needed to charge(?!?) No necessities like soap, shampoo in the bathroom.. The next day, I tried the phone again (still not working) because the so called internet service in the hotel was not working (forgot to tell you about that). I thought we probably needed a password like guest or something. My travel companion went to the desk this time and asked about it. That person gave her explicit instructions on how to access it. We did as they told her and it still didn't work so I went down & asked someone to come up & fix it. They sent the doorman (!) who was able to get us onto the internet---very, very slow internet almost like the old dial up. He radioed the engineering & she (the same one who replaced the battery the night before) came up to find out why we still had no phone & said she was sorry but there wasn't much she could do but would call the phone company &
it would be fixed that day. Well we were there for 4 days & never had a phone. Lousy service
