Close to everything

Booked this hotel as a mini getaway. Great location walking distance to Cocowalk, pier and restaurants. Had a king suite/mini apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Overall room condition was good except for the bathroom which was pretty outdated. Old shower fixtures with visible rust, old floor tiles, and curtain had holes. The mattress in the room was a bit too firm and the pillows were horrible but that may just be a personal preference of mine. Visible dust in certain locations which look like they were never cleaned. These are issues which wouldn't prevent me from staying at this location again but just a quick simple fix or attention to room cleanliness and I would have gave this hotel a better rating.

Near the beach. suited to vacation, not business

Internet not part of room but given it when asked but never able to get on-line. Big closet but inadequate desk. Better for vacation than business or short stay.

nice hotel good location , great pool , good service looks like old hotel , well maintained Shower very old, did not really work well. Expensive vale parking , they left my car on and finished the car battery be careful.

Good location

Loved the location as it was in a quiet neighbourhood with good access to public transport. Wasn't too pleased with the service as we had booked for 5 people but it seemed provisions in the room were for two people so on first night we had to ask for more blankets, tea bags and dressing gowns which never came until a lovely lady the next morning sorted everything for us. We however had to ring reception on two more occasions asking for sugar satchets and tea bags until we eventually bought our own supplies. Sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable and housekeeping cleaning wasn't thorough as our bath tub was never cleaned. Wasn't much of a terrible experience though.

Very Disappointed

Mutiny is in a great location but.....our air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane was taking off, the faucets in the shower leaked and the hot water in the shower lasted for 5 minutes. Not kidding. We asked for 2 extra towels and a blanket for the sofa bed but they were never delivered. The room was clean ........
