The bed are so harddddd nasty bathroom ok pool staff are nice from the food court

Not what i expected . There are better hotels for the same price range.

Apathetic staff and filthy hotel.

The room wasn't clean when we arrived yet they had 6 additional hours to do so since our flight was late. The room that was suppose to be clean wasn't. And when the cleaning staff supposedly cleaned the room throughout our stay, they only remade the beds, didn't change the sheets or actually clean. Also, this hotel's version of a continental breakfast is a joke--it's a bagel and a piece of cheese. Don't stay here.

Horrible hotel!

When we arrived there was no welcoming and the argued about our reservation. Only when we stated we were calling Expedia did the manager step in and respect our current reservation. I booked the hotel with the understanding they had a business center to discover this was not an amenity or option. Only made better when they first refused to valet my car but then when they lost my keys when we tried to leave. Thank goodness they finally found them. This hotel has Misrepresented themselves to Expedia.

This hotel needs an update asap , the rooms look like the are falling apart. The pictures are not accurate you not getting what you paying for. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all

I understand you get what you pay for

Let me start by acknowledging that the price per night to stay on the beach is significantly higher at other hotels. That is why I can look past a lot of things. I can look past the fact that a five year old could have done better building that room. The cabinets didn't line up any where. I can look past the fact that the window was so dirty you couldn't even see out of it. I can look past the fact that the TV had a black circle the size of a softball in the corner. What I can't look past no matter the cost is 2 things. 1st the elevators. Because of all the poor work I noticed elsewhere I looked harder at everything. The elevators are almost a year past their inspection date renewal. Meaning they shouldn't be legal to be in operation. That's my safety. I don't play with that one bit! The 2nd was the customer service. Absolutely horrible. When we were checking out we paid for the valet. We gave them our ticket and a hour goes by. I go up and ask the key guy if he has a status on our car. My friend had a flight leaving soon. His EXACT WORDS "maybe it comes, maybe it don't, I don't know" and he walked away. So I went to a manager and after another 40 mins they finally located our car. Then the guy held out his hand for a tip. Ya right. For the simple fact of the elevators I would suggest staying away. I know this place is much cheaper and on the beach but is it worth dying over? STAY AWAY!

Pros: location
Cons: give people choice and provide hotel parking to park their car and not valet parking
Location: long walk to restaurants
its a valet parking, i do not like valet parking, if i knew that before i would not book it, old, needs to be renovated and updated, broken stairway handle, broken furniture legs

Older Hotel - close to beach

Pros: The view
Cons: The cleaning service
Location: This hotel is on the residential end of Miami Beach. You have to take a car, cab or uber to get anywhere.. Tours do pick up at this hotel.
This hotel was a disappointment. I expected better for the price we paid. The hair conditioner pump in the shower leaked all the conditioner and made the shower very slippery, in addition, the shower handle came off in my hand when I turned it on. We spoke to the front desk and they did tighten the handle but the leaking hair conditioner pump was not fixed or refilled. When they “cleaned” the room, they only left bath towels the 2nd and 3rd day, no hand towel or wash cloths. On the plus side, there was a nice view of the ocean.
