One restroom. It should be remodeled into 2 parts. One for toilet n sink, the other for shower and clothes changing space with hooks. Elevator is slow to very slow sometimes. Wifi should be given upon check in.

This was my first hostel experience and I had very low expectations. Surprisingly enough Viajero exceeded these expectations by a stretch! The room was super clean, met amazing people and we hung around a bunch, it was surprisingly quiet! First 2 nights I only used the ear plugs that they offer at the check in counter btw, but the second 2 nights I didn’t even use anything! And I’m a very light sleeper. From what I learnt is that most hostels do not have such facilities. There was a lot of events made to keep the travelers occupied and mingle with each other. If there was a Viajero in the countries I visit I would definitely hit it! It’ll be hard to beat what they have. Last but not least, the staff are super friendly and they help as much as they can. Namely Salma and Fakundo they made the experience very smooth and appreciative!

The property is in a great location, close to everything. I felt safe. I was in a women's dorm. There are 6 beds per dorm and only 1 bathroom. Was a little difficult to use restroom with that many people in room.

It was my first trip by myself and Viajero & staff made the trip amazing! Made a lot of friends, and I felt really safe in the hostel. Really close to the beach, diners and bars! 10/10 Recommended!

This was by far the worst hostel/hostel experience I have ever experienced. I came here in January 2024 at the Viajero Hostel in Miami Florida where I believe I was racially profiled. I had checked in with the hostel, dropped off my bag, then went out to eat, had some drinks and went to my room, but then realized I misplaced my keycard. I went to the front desk at around 8PM that night and asked the receptionist if I could have a new key card, but was told No, I don't think I want you staying here. I then explained please I am really tired now and I just need to go to sleep. The receptionist said I don't think I want you staying here and to sit over there and I will decided if I want you to stay here or not. I thought this was very strange language, but I complied and and sat and after about 5 minutes I went back to the receptionist and he told me I could not stay there and called the police on me. I usually travel every 1-2 months and this is the first time this has ever happened to me anywhere and has caused me so mych grief and he also refused to refund me so I am currently taking action. I never rarely wirte reviews, but this is a reciew I thought was important to share. Everyone knows that often people get racially profiled at some of the hotels in south beach which is why people will either get an Airbnb or in my case usually get a motel there and stay to myself, but I was just there one day and had no idra all this could happen in one day. Shame on this company.

Thanks Hellen and Sheila for being so nice. Second time at Viajeros, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you dont have a usb cable to charge your phone, get one so you can plug it in by the bed.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's in walking distance of Ocean blvd and theres plenty of stores and restaurants around it. The hotel was clean, rooms comfortable, and the lobby area invited. So I would stay here again if I come back to Miami.

Awesome place to stay and explore Miami Beach. Agustin at Front desk assisted with my requests during the OVN. Housekeeping went far and beyond when she brought me a blanket for the cold. Only observation it’s that these place it’s in the center of South beach and there noice from outside that stops around 2am, beside that, great place.

I loved the place but could use little improvements: i.e. adding the WiFi pwd to the card sleeve (i contacted customer service while late night in my pjs cuz i wouldnt go downstairs to the front desk, thru their choice of commun.channel -whatsapp- and they replied the next day in the afternoon and i was already gone); some guests need to learn how to share space and bathroom (one guest was in the shower in the morning for more than half hour.. and her friend took possession of the entire 3-seat couch for hours /these ppl need to get their own hotel room!); unclear access to the pool etc.....
