Arrival was good and easy to park and get to from the airport. Staff friendly. Exterior looks ok but inside it’s a bit run down. Found a cockroach in the kitchen. Surfaces were sticky as though they hadn’t been cleaned properly. There are a lot of good amenities locally though.

I was there with my wife and 2 kids from February 8 - 12 and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist. The room we got was ideal as it was on the ground floor right next to the dining area and lobby...thank you so much for that. It was our first time staying there but after this wonderful experience, it definitely will not be our last.

It was dirty, moldy and had little roach like insects. We were there for 2 weeks. In that time, our room was cleaned maybe 4 times. It was utterly disgusting

I recently had the pleasure of staying at TownPlace Suites and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The property was dirty and the room smelled moldy and musty which worried me. The stove had broken buttons all through we didn't use it I thought it looked trashy for a Marriott. I haven't stayed at Marriott in years and always thought of the good reputation they had this proved otherwise.

The check in process was easy. The front desk guy was very friendly and answered all my questions, including about the area. The room is clean. The bed is nice but firm. I am looking forward to having a good night’s sleep here. I would stay here the next time I come to Miami.
