Great location, good hotel
This is a nice hotel with a good location - we chose it bc we were attending Art Basel and it was close to the Miami conference center.. its also close the beach.. all easily walking distance! The room was spacious and clean - decor was ok - its not fancy but its cute and the place is def a great deal for the price. Also super nice to have a kitchen in the unit. Overall I'm happy we stayed here!

Needs a refresher
Outdated rooms and uncomfortable bedding; the mattress was flimsy and had uneven dips on the right side of the bed as if it were broken. Kitchen was missing many essentials. Towels were replaced intermittently, for example, I had no bath mat or washcloths for the entirety of the second half of the stay. However, a little TLC and this would become a lovely place to stay! It is very quiet, unlike surrounding properties.
