The centerpiece of Trump International Beach Resort is a water complex overlooking the beach with a freeform pool, waterfalls, spa tubs, and air-conditioned cabanas (surcharge). Relax poolside in one of the hotel's sun loungers. Beachfront watersport rentals include Jet Skis, catamarans, sailboards, and kayaks. The resort's fitness center has cardio and strength-training equipment, stair machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. Personal trainers are available (surcharge). An outdoor tennis court is also on site.

The Planet Kids program (surcharge) offers supervised activities Monday–Saturday, including obstacle courses, arts and crafts, board games, beach volleyball, and wacky water games.
