Pricey but great amenities. Right on the beach. Great hotel staff. Short commute to many nearby restaurants.

The view was amazing and the staff was awesome anytime we called for valet the car was there by the time we were downstairs no wait ever. The room was always cleaned and our chocolates laid out. I would def stay here again!

Bem localizado. Com mercado e farmacia em frente

Pros: Existe uma brinquedoteca, onde ha atividades para crianças a partir de 3 anos.
Location: Longe do Centro, porem com supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes e posto de gasolina em frente.
Espera do carro é rapida( 30 dolares diaria estacionamento). Em frente ao hotel ha restaurantes, mercado, farmacia(CVS) e posto de gasolina. Café da manha(muito bom) para 2 pessoas 61 dolares. Muito proximo ao Aventura Mall( de carro 5 mins)

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and have always found it to be ideal for my needs. Well situated for beach and restaurants the service and attention to detail is beyond reproach. I will return!

Tutto benissimo, dalla piscina alla spiaggia, personale molto cordiale, pulizia camera ottima, unica nota negativa il costo della colazione, non giustificato.

Not a 5 star hotel.

I'm a Miami local & this hotel is not a 5 star. Rooms are terrible. Furniture broken, hot tub in balcony had green moldy water sitting in it, balcony furniture was all different pieces that even had stuff written on it. Beds are ok not to comfortable, bathroom is a regular bathroom. Ordered room service & the line was busy for like 30mins. We had to order through a restaurant & then the restaurant gave the order to room service. When food came the order was incomplete. They had to go back & place an order for the missing food. They made it seem like it was our mistake but we couldn't even order with them directly. I just felt like the stay was just a bad experience. We stayed here a couple years back & was great. Now you can tell that they don't take care of the hotel anymore.

Great hotel, fantastic service

The only reason I'm giving this hotel a 4 out of 5 is the fact that there was some sort of equipment running 24/7 next to our balcony and it was making annoying noises. It could only be heard outside on the balcony. Otnerwise, great hotel, fantastic service, everyone was very friendly and was willing to assist with anything we asked. I also would have preferred self parking (they only have valet), but I guess that's just another convinience. I highly recommend the hotel if you plan going to the area.

This is a great hotel and probably the best in Sunny Isles. Some of the facilities are starting to look tired and our room was very dusty - could be as a result of nearby construction. As there is no regular parking at the hotel or near surrounding areas, you are forced to use valet parking at $30 per day, a real bugbear.

The hotel is great!
