Location: in the heart of dowtown

Happy birthdayPosted Nov 17, 2015
Location: From church services to eating, LA fitness near by. Hotel has many classes such as zumba, yoga. It's wonderful
Had a great time we were celebrating my brother's 40th. birthday. We had a great time around the pool area but it just happened that it was raining this past weekend. Lovely room and the club on the 50th. floor was amazing. Need to do this more often, great location. Health clubs, night clubs, restaurants, bakeries, all in walking distance. Also nice for jogging near beach area. Has it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Pool. Interior. Cleanliness.
Cons: No radio in the room. Wish there was a simple way for us to play some music while getting ready.
Location: Walking distance to Brickell village. Quick cab ride to South Beach. There are some cute restaurants nearby, but it's not very eclectic neighborhood.
Beautiful pool, I believe Olympic length, which is awesome if you are into lap swimming. They make delicious smoothies and nice cocktails there. The check will include gratuity so don't double tip as I did (coming from NY I wasn't used to this, but apparently it's very common in Miami). Location is great if you need to be near downtown & Brickell, and you can walk everywhere in that area. Going to the South beach is only 20 min ride and between 10-15 bucks with Uber (double if on weekend nights). The room was very pretty, nice bathrooms, clean, new. The only complaint I have is not being able to pair my phone to their speaker via bluetooth, even though the speaker had that capability. I think it was broken. We tried to find some music on TV while getting ready, but the program reception was bad. As we didn't care about this overall, spent little time in the room, it didn't bother us. Be aware if this is important to you. The staff was very kind everywhere in the hotel. The views from the pool area and from the club on the 50th floor are beautiful. We went to a party on Saturday at that club, but the average age of guests was between 20-25 so it wasn't appealing to my group (we are in mid 30s). This hotel is very well designed. It feels luxurious. I would stay here again if it complies with my budget for my next visit.

Need to work on your people skillsPosted Nov 3, 2015
Pros: Location is tough to get around in
Cons: Better front staff members
Front desk Latino staff member very unprofessional rude like we were bothering them to Ask him various questions about the facility and the surrounding area will never go back there again
