And Then You Go and Totally Redeem Yourself!!

Our stay started off rough when we went to check in....it was 4:10 and our rooms were not ready....staff was doing the best they could, but not much all they could do was apologize....gave us a key to the pool and told us they would call us when our room was ready....25 minutes later we got the call....Anika the manager sure made things right...we were upgraded on our room....given free wi-fi ....and given $75 towards dinner....the room was amazing....everything else during our stay was fantastic! This is the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel! Taking a wrong and making right!!
