Great place to stay. Only downside is if you stay on the higher floors it takes a long time for an elevator. We waited 20 minutes to catch an elevator.

The lobby and restaurant itself are really nice and easily accessible. The location was convenient for us to walk to bayside marketplace to eat and shop. The rooms were underwhelming. We had to pay $50 to check in before 4pm and upon entering the room it smelled like mildew. Didn’t look very clean. Towels were wet in the bathroom. Elevators are unreasonably small. A Light was out in the bathroom, no lights over the shower, etc it just didn’t feel/look very clean in our experience.

They lied about early check in fee, the shower was not working and they got a security guy to try to fix it and I ended up not having a shower, the restroom was so small your feet would hit the sink, and they could care less about any issues you had with your room and charged me more then the $30 they said they would for the early check in fee, whatever you do found somewhere else to stay.

They charge you for early arrival and lie about how much it would cost, then the shower did not work at all and the room and restroom was clearly not ready, and the bathroom was so small that you can barely use it.

This property is disgusting and not at all what is advertised on pictures. The area is ridden with drug users and doesn’t feel safe at all. Save yourself the uncertainty and book elsewhere. The bath room is smaller than a cruise ships bathroom. 1/5 Do not recommend
