Great layover hotel

Came through Miami and wanted a place near the airport with regular shuttles - this us It! Great stay, nice place, rooms snd staff.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle to and from airport was very helpful, and also to our cruise ship. Overall a good experience.

A centrally located place to stay for business

Pros: Location, free self parking, free wifi
Cons: Some of the front desk staff are not that nice
Location: Excellent location right in the heart of Miami, 20 mins from the beach or Doral. In Coral Gables and not right next to the airport as other hotels are
It not the most luxurious hotel in Miami but it certainly meets my needs, self parking (which is very important for me since I hate to be waiting for valet parking and I go in and out of the hotel several times a day), free wifi and everything you need in a comfortable room . I have stayed there many times, most of the staff is friendly and I almost feel at home when I get there. I would stay again whenever in town for business (I don't consider it to be a good hotel for a romantic getaway). Breakfast is not that good, the buffet is the same eeeevery day and they just added this new "mexican" option that is far from Mexican (and I am from Mexico). So after 2 days you start to think that is better to walk to the IHOP a few blocks down. However overall it is a practical and comfortable hotel.

Nice hotel not far from the airport.

The hotel is well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a nice restaurant on the premises. Good breakfast buffet.

Overwork staff, as soon you approach the front desk to check in you can see the tired faces of the staff, of course if you are tired you just want to go home! the service was really bad!

Terrible service, dirty rooms. Shuttle service took entirely too long to pick up from the airport. Don’t recommend hotel unless you’re on a super tight budget.

Pros: Did not like having to pay fore parking as this hotel in not near the downtown
Location: We purchased and used a GoMiami pass
We had just come off of a cruise and used this location to travel around Miami from for 2 days. Location was ok except for the paid parking?

Great hotel

Its a great hotel, excellent breakfast, really nice staff and well located, near from South Beach, Downtown Miami and the airport. I recomend this hotel for Business and pleasure.

The staff made this experience horrible. The room did not smell good at all. The sheets were dirty and the headboard for the bed was peeling meaning it’s time to replace them overall not a good hotel
