Pros: It was very clean and updated.
Cons: shuttle service was good but communication could be better, with where to be picked up in the middle of the night...
Location: Restaurants, casino very conveniently near by.
We had a wonderful time here before our cruise and after the cruise as well.

Disappointment

Was disappointed that I waited over an hour for the airport shuttle only to get to the hotel and my room was not ready and they could not find housecleaning so another delay. It took almost an hour and a half In Total from aurpoetto my room. Completely unacceptable. The staff took their time with everyone and had no sense of urgency. At the end one apologized and gave a bottle of wine but after traveling all day I was exhausted and only wanted to sleep.

No pickup cars at midnight even thought said 24hr sevice. Bed sherts and washroom are dirty

Dirty

Room was extremely dirty. Bathroom had dirty towels and the floor was covered in hair folicles.

Unfortunately, Laydi, the waitress and elevators

In general, I had a good experience: the staff from the front desk, the restaurant, very nice; the food... delicious! I can recommend to others, but I have a few complaints about the room: I had to ask the waitress to please clean the room properly which was looking like no one had cleaned it for days. The worker was nice and she apologized about it. She said she didn't know who cleaned it before, and promised to do her best. There were two days with not complaining and that made us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, the last day at 8:57 AM somebody knock our door and yelled that she had to clean the room. Unbelievable!!!! Isn't it? That was not all: when we spoke with the worker about that she was very disrespectful and said she was fallowing the rules of the hotel... (very poor argue to whom has extensive experiences staying in several hotels around the world, including more than 5 in Miami, Monaco, Luxemburg, France... etc. When I said I would say something to the manager about that rule, in a very challenging tone she said "no worries, I'll call her right now" Immediately, she started to use the radio, with out paying any more attention to what I was saying. It was a very inconsiderate situation, very rough, and hurts our dignity and feelings It was a really bad experience. The second one: there was only one elevator and it became hard to get around.

Excellent

Pros: Clean , Comfortable and friendly staff
Cons: Water pressure was limited this time but I believe its because they were preparing for the hurricane and prepping their storage tanks.
Location: Location was nice, everything you need is nearby. It is not next to the beach so don't expect to get there within minutes.
Great Location, Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was there for two days before Hurricane Irma hit and the staff were calm and friendly with all considering the atmosphere with panicked customers. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is getting a fresh coat of pain outside so its looking good. I have stayed here before so I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The building down have a good look but inside is much better! And you have transportation to the airport at want half hour! Good place to atau between flights!

nice hotel easy commute to airport

Pros: Nice
Cons: No charge breakfast
Location: convient to airport
Everything was great. Room nice. Breakfast was too expensive for what you got. Most hotels that offer free continental breakfast its at no cost, Then they had the nerve to charge an 18% tip, all I got was how was everything for 18% not a bad job

Nice hotel but requires few improvements

Overall good, except only one elevator worked and they were doing some maintenance on the hotel exterior, which added to the noise level during morning hours
