The Couryyard Marriott at Dolphin Mall is a good hotel. Very good shopping and dining nearby. The front desk were friendly and helpful

Close to the Malls

Pros: Location and staff help
Cons: Odour of the room and WIFI
Location: Very close at least 5 to 10 minutes
The hotel is ideally located at the Dolphin Mall and International Mall. The front desk staff were excellent and able to assist really well. The room was big however WIFI was not available and was unable to rectify this over my stay. The bathroom did have a musty smell and the room could have a fresher smell.

It's a nice hotel is my second time and when I came back we would stay there , I was in another hotel first but we don't like it so came back to courtyard

Reservation not honored - rude staff

I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 at night only to be informed that the room that I had booked weeks in advance was not available and that a reservation had been made for me at another hotel several miles away. The reason I had booked the hotel which I had stayed at previously in was because of its proximity to the mall. The front desk staff tried to blame it on hurricane which had happened almost two months before - I had booked the room through Expedia four weeks after the hurricane so clearly any unavailability of rooms due to the hurricane would have been know to them by then. When I pointed that out to them the excuse changed to the fact that because I had booked through Expedia they could not get in touch with me to advise me before. Both of the attendants at the front desk seemed to feel that it was my problem not theirs. As I was leaving one of the attendants sarcastically said "Have a great night" - When I asked for his name which he gave me he also chose to add that of his manager "if I needed it". His manager then appeared from behind the door and I told him that the service was unacceptable especially as I had stayed at the facility before and am a Marriott Rewards member. I also told him that his staff was rude which he disputed as he "had been listening to the entire conversation from behind the door." At that stage I realised that it was pointless complaining further as the attitude of the staff at this hotel is clearly endorsed by its management!

Great location, shopping, close to the airport.

My room was not available, very unpleasant, something about the hurricane. The staff got another hotel for me. Great service atitude.

Perfectly located

It was a perfect stay and staff were extremely helpful. The only thing I would add would be to arrange an airport shuttle for their clients.

Convenience

Conveniently located to one of Miami's biggest shopping malls. Proximity to the airport is eceptional. My biggest take home was the gratitude giving upon a late request for additional time to check out. Five Stars 😊

Nice hotel within walking distance to Dolphin Mall

I was looking for a nice, clean hotel close to dolphin mall and not too far from the airport and this hotel delivered. There’s no buffet breakfast or room service, but you don’t need it because you’re so close to the mall. The breakfast options were good though and you can order and pick up from the in-hotel cafe, if you want to. loved the fact that they had a continuous supply of chilled lemon/key lime water in the lobby, for those days when you’ve been walking through the mall all day.
