Not for a long stay

( This hotel has rooms on the main check in building and some off to the side) Man, where to begin? Our first day there the room had 3 mosquitos in there! We had to bathe ourselves in bug spray in our own room?! The door had a huge gap at the bottom and was letting all those things get in our room! My husband was able to fit all his fingers under the door that's how big it was! During our whole stay in Miami the only time we got bitten my mosquitos was inside the hotel, so annoying. The carpet was also REALLY REALLY DIRTY. I walked from the bathroom to the bed (maybe 5 feet) and my feet turned completely black so make sure you wear sandals/shoes 100 % of the time . The bed was also caved in in the middle so we kept rolling towards each other. We normally don't like sharing blankets because we both toss and turn so much and when we asked the staff for one more warm blanket they didn't have any. How ridiculous is that? Oh, and the internet did not work! At all! The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because after complaining they let us switch to a room inside the main building and it was a lot better, good internet, no broken bed, and no huge gap under the door. It's definitely not a good place for extended stay as it's so gross, but for one day it's not so bad. Oh, and the staff was pretty nice and friendly, but when I complained about the huge gap the lady STRAIGHT OUT TOLD ME TO PUT A TOWEL TO COVER IT. What the actual freak.....

Location: Location,ok close to the airport,place to eat,mall shopping
From the time we got to the hotel no one ask how we are doing,there was one person who was really friendly and gave us info on how to get around and it was Juan, nobody said good morning or evening they pass us by, that includes management. We really wonder if the language barrier as something to do with it.sorry to say I work in the same industry ,with a much larger volume of guest, and each and every guest is treated like royalty ok,and what is sad about this is we had a million hotels to choose from,the lounge was a joke,the first time we visited we're totally ignored,we had to leave ok,for several days they did not have what I wanted to drink,also the restaurant ,the person did not even want to talk to us,I worked for a us company for 15 years,we have fifty thousand employees,I have traveled sixty percent of the worlds stayed lots of hotels and inns,this is bad ,please just train your staff,ok thanks,

Not the best place to stay.

Not the best place to stay. This hotel has no type of room service. I stayed for a whole week and about twice room service came in. This place has roaches, pool gets cleaned about every month, and the room has no fridge of microwave. Staff are very friendly other than that, stay away from this place!

The bed pillows had hair on them , the walls were dirty the sheets were not clean and the cover that were throwed over the bed was ripped / throwned with a hole in it

Pros: Very clean.
Location: Great location by a body of water. Plenty of activities to do nearby.
I had a very pleasant stay here. Staff was nice also.

Close to airport

Pros: Good size room, comfortable bed, pillows, refrigerator, microwave and other amenities in room. Cafe offers good food for reasonable prices.
Cons: Provide security to make sure nighttime is quiet and more parking spaces.
Location: Close to airport and a few restaurants that are easy to get to from location.
Good size room with various amenities ready to use. Front office staff was helpful. Good food offered at cafe with reasonable prices. Good location to airport and easy to get around. Nighttime was very disappointing due to bikers playing loud music and making noise with their bike mufflers. Office staff had security come to stop the noise. Limited parking space for the amount of guest that stay at this hotel.

Had a great experience and price was affordable room was very clean good customer service in the front
