Under renovation -- challenging

Pros: very pleasant check in
Cons: lots
Location: Near to airport but very little within walking distance. Given the restaurant situation, I walked (across multi-lane highways) to Chik-Fillet.
This hotel is facing a major renovation of its central area, including where the restaurants are located. As a result the "restaurant" is a conference room. My room was non-smoking but smelled of smoke. And there was a fire alarm at 5 am! On the plus side, the manager's reception was very generous with the drinks and snacks.

far from beach over all was great

Pros: clean and very helpfull staff
Cons: more healthy food
Location: location its ok little far from the beach
i loved everything about the hotel it was just expedia that told us its next to the beach spending your vacation on this hotel is great but why hotel like this has to deal with expedia this hotel is very well recommended but dont deal with expedia because expedia gives you bunch of lies and extra charges

We booked this hotel one night because we had an early flight and it's right by the airport. Well we got there and the parking lot was completely packed. No where to park. My husband went in to check out and the front desk was very nice to him. I will say check in was fairly quick. We went to our room and it was ok. I expected this beautiful room but it was pretty plain and old style. They had renovations going on so maybe that's why I was disappointed. But I only booked this hotel because it was by the airport. I saw the reviews online and they were amazing. Not sure why right now. But for that reason I had to leave a review. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Horrible Experience!

Pros: The morning staff and the people from breakfast were super nice.
Cons: It needs to be clean and have better night management!
Location: not much to do around.
The room was truly disappointing! We were happy at first with our room but then roaches showed up in our bathroom! it was disgusting and annoying having to call at 3 am to the front desk to get house cleaning up to do something about the roaches! All the lady did was flush it down the toilet and spray windex. The lady at the front desk at the moment (Elsy) was pretty rude throughout the process of being moved around! A couple days later we woke up covered in bites and although the test came back negative for bedbugs we were still moved rooms again. The night manager or whatever her position is (ELSY) was super rude to my friend and was rude to me as well when checking out! Honestly she has no social skills and should not be running the front desk if she is going to treat people rudely!

The hotel was Doing some contruction and there was a lot of noice , durt and the pool was very durty no tiowels Available must of the time

Disappointed!

Arrived at 10pm to a cramped lobby filled with people. Waited 25 minutes to check in. Room smelled musty and carpet and bedspread were dirty. Pack and plays NOT in room for the 2 yo twins who were cranky. Phone didn't work and exiting the parking lot was a challenge as room card never worked! Hotel under a remodel and jack hammer noise outside of room all day long. Photos online were great but not reality!

Pros: Location, size of the room, candid personnel
We had some bad experiences: had to wait 2 hours for check-in after the normal check-in timing, as the room was not ready; there were no bath towels at the room; the housekeeping extension and the reception extension didn't answer when calling for towels; our room was not made with the excuse that they found a DND signal at the door of the room, which we didn't put, actually, we never found a DND sign in our room... The waiting time for breakfast was excessive, due to not enough cooking personnel. On the positive side, the hotel personnel was able to quickly fix a problem when returning to our room and found the door locked (apparently the wind caused this)

Nice hotel close to the airport

Very good service and everyone was welcoming us. The hotel is going through renovation. There was no complimentary wifi, but the stay was great with swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, and very spacious room.

Close to airport and free shuttle

I was somewhat disappointed that the garden area was undergoing reconstruction during our visit as this was one of the highlights of staying at this hotel. The staff were accomadating and helpful. The air conditioned shuttle service to/from the airport is a major plus! The hotel is somewhat dated but they seem to be working diligently to spruce it up.
