Construction going on. Dinner was in a meeting room. Despite no dining room, prices for food was high and there was no price adjustments for inconveniances. Staff and shuttle were excellent though.

I don't like it it's was dirty and the bed and pillow too hard

overrated for what it is .....

may be ok for a quick airport transfer situation but can not recomend for anything other than that

Do not waste your money

Toilet didn't work. Kids running thru the hotel all night. Fight on lower level, and people smoking marijuana in hotel. Should I say list more?

Old, dirty and smelly

Wanted a refund as soon as I walked through the door. I love to stay at embassy but very disappointed in this one!!!!! The hotel smelled stale and like smoke.

Disappointing

Pros: Nothing !
Cons: New management that is passionate about providing first class service
Location: Location to the airport was the only good thing
I was until my recent stay at property a Embassy Suite fan....NO LONGER ! The Miami property was very...very disappointing. Breakfast complementary but it's was more like a feeding frenzy at a zoo, needles to say we did not consider dinning at the restaurant.

The hotel is under renovation and that's making it very hard to rate. Breakfast was way more better but I think because of the renovation things changed. The Wi-Fi connection is SUPER bad. I had a room at the 7th floor and had no connection. But all by all it was acceptable.

Ok hotel. Under renovation so condition understandable. However, not understandable is the absolutely awful wifi. Was in Miami on business but was unable to do anything from the room. Had to go to the lobby.

I didn't expect the dining area to be so dull. I felt like i was in a conference room. The pool area was not welcoming. I ended up going to the beach instead.

Nice hotel

I had a good experience. Really spacious, good amenities and breakfast. Carpet in rooms were a bit musty but hotel is currently under refurbishment. So should improve.
