Over the Top WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Pros: room size, breakfast and staff
Cons: One time there was a dirty diaper near hot tub
Location: Beach, Everglades Alligator farm, Coral Castel
I never do reviews BUT this hotel was so amazing that I want to tell everyone. The room was a perfect size for a family of 5. We had 2 separate rooms with a pull out sofa in the living room area. With TVs in each room, there were no disagreements about what to watch. The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us when we needed more blankets. The breakfast had options for everyone from healthy to a few treats. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the beach but the room size, friendly staff and healthy breakfast made my stay fantastic.

Pros: The shuttle drivers are good.
Cons: They should know "Wang" is the last name with 92.88 million population.
I booked one bedroom suite one-night stay before my cruise. When I arrive the hotel at midnight, the staff told me she cannot find my reservation. After I show her the reservation confirmation, she told me she found my reservation and another customer already checked-in with it to a standing room, she promises they checked credit card and photo id for that customer. after 30 minutes communication with the manager by phone, she let us in and told us it only because my room was prepaid! The room was not ready, there is garbage in the garbage can. Since it's already 1 AM, we sleep there. The next morning, another staff told me she cannot find another customer's reservation, so used mine. She didn't apologize to me and told me there is a reason for it because she checked the customer's last name, which is same as mine! It's a stupid excuse for mass up check-in for different customers booking different style of rooms. About the manager, although both staffs ask me to leave my email address I never received any message from the manager.

Perfect stop after a long flight - on our way down

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Very warm welcome, with a fantastic free breakfast - would recommend you ordered an omelette for breakfast !

The staff were great can not comment on the site as they are still in clean up stage from the hurricane. But would definitely stay there again
