Easy pickup at airport ,great bar and resturant would recommend to friend and family ..staff very nice and attentive..will stay again next time i am in Miami

Too many hidden fees,no free parking, no free WiFi. The AC in the room did not work. The automated gate to go out was faulty. My wife asked for a shower cap and never received it.

Construction all around the hotel

A pleasant hotel. The construction in the lobby was a distraction, however. The idea of a lobby pantry/market is interesting, but the sounds of construction were unavoidable.

Pros: shuttle and location
Location: nothing nearby except food
Shuttle good. Location good. Rooms average. Baths little and old. 2nd fllor. Pool area nice. extra $15-19 dollars for wi-fi and could not use on cellular also. Paid $200 for a bed to crash on. Staff was good and quick to bring me some non-decaf coffee.

Hotel close to the airport

We arrive late at night and they gave us a room that was with customers inside. We had to go back and ask for another room. The sr told us that in the computer showed it was empty the room. He gave us another room. Besides that everything went fine

Hotel family room close to airport

We booked the hotel specifically to have two double beds for a family of four. On arrival we were told there was only a king bed requested. I was told I hadn't specified. Fortunately I had email evidence and finally got the two doubles. Overpriced!
