It's nice for convenience of being right in the airport terminal but if you desire luxury, comfort and a great view then I suggest you choose somewhere else.

Convient being IN the airport

Small window, terrible view, cement room...however it is clean, quiet and right in the airport....i wouldn't vacation in that room, but who would vacation from an airport? it's really about sleeping before a flight, and it gets the job done

transit night between 2 flights

Pros: The location
Cons: everything except the location
Location: very convenient to catch another flight early the next morning.
Arriving with a flight at 10:30 PM and leaving the next morning with another flight at 8 AM....this was our best choice. Nevertheless , it has been hard to sleep a few hours due to the fact that the room was not soundproof ! The cleaning of the room was not good and the age of the room was clearly ....summing a lot of years !

Great if you are one or two people waiting.

If you have 3 or more people you have to get the two queen beds because there are no couches. I’m 6’3” that’s not happening. Room was bright, doors were closing loudly throughout the night and a call to the front desk wasn’t answered for a few minutes. Location is awesome if waiting for flights. Lots of food downstairs.

Is very convenient to be at the airport hotel specially when you have a flight early in the morning so you won't the hassle of the commuting.

Great airport location.

Pros: Very convenient.
Cons: Rooms are a bit small, don't have a fridge.
Location: Next to the terminal, restaurants, bars, and shops.
If you are traveling through Miami and you have to stay there for a long layover or overnight, this is the place to stay at. It is located just by the international terminal, steps away from Margaritaville (you order food or drinks to your room or walk there). It is the most convenient way of traveling when you have to stay in Miami. No shuttles or buses or lines. It is truly convenient.

Cleaner then what I had in mind.

Pros: Comfy beds room was clean and smoke free no musty smell.
Cons: Windows out dated doesn't matter really. More signs directing one to locating the hotel..
Location: Convenient price was great for the two rooms I needed.
There are no signs to direct you to find this hotel upon exiting the arrivals gate. I had to ask around; eventually found it. Bellhop was pleasant so was the check in staff. Quick and efficient. room was very cold. Bathroom had hatch and vent above shower gave off that bates motel feel. Bed was comfy we checked for bed bugs; mattress was a bit aged but no signs of ick.

Problems with refrigerator

Pros: Nice rooms. Very clean. Location to continue your next trip is the best. In spite of the problem with the ice pack, it is a very good option.
Cons: They should help clients with ice pack and the staff should put more interest in understanding such needs.
Location: It is inside the airport. Great.
If you need to refrigerate an ice pack for your trip (for instance to keep insulins), the staff refuses to provide its refrigerator. Instead they send a fridge to your room. However, that fridge is not enough to refrigerate the ice pack. I insisted in the problem, but they refused to help us with its refrigerator. The fridge they sent to the room is enough to keep the insulins cold but not for the ice pack. There is no way for the staff to understand. Last year the staff helped us without any trouble. Do not know what happened this year. It caused us a big problem for our next trip.

Nice hotel in an excellent location for travellers

Staff need to be more customer friendly. We were waiting for a bus in the bus shelter and got very wet as the scheduled bus did not arrive. I asked the hotel reception desk to contact the bus company to see what was happening and the response was NO. So much for customer service in Miami
