Spacious but had better days

Hair was on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Room have been cleaned more thoroughly. Grounds was a bit disheveled but could be due to recent hurricane.

Great, but bad check-in because Expedia had not given the information to Provident.

Amazing stay

Very beautiful hotel and staff was amazing..staff was very friendly and check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely be back soon

Was very clean and beautiful however the AC was not cooling well and was very warm.

Not great

Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable with a wooden ledge around them, could not get in or out of easily.f Need to get rid of them.
Location: Nothing very close by, needed to drive to get to anything, restaurants, gas stations, anything to do.
The bathroom toilet seat was nasty, like it had paint on it, I would not sit on it, sheets on the bed looked messy, I complained and got a better room, but the beds in both rooms although king size, had a wooden ledge that stuck out on each side, every time I tried to get into or out of the bed I scraped my legs against these and have black and blue marks on both legs, especially late at night trying to go to the bathroom, very uncomfortable, I have never had a bed in a hotel like these, they need to get rid of them.
