The room was okay. The cleanliness could be improved. We recommend this hotel for a one day stay because it is close to airport and cheep.

Disappointing

Cons: cleanliness in staircases and hallways can be improved.
Location: A stone throws away from a Walmart supercenter, Marshalls, and Westland mall.
The room I booked wasn't ready because it was given to someone else. they claimed that they over booked. Amenities need to be upgraded. Hallways need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Not to mention there were teenagers "hanging out" in the hallways and by my the doors of that of other guests. The only good thing about this stay was the 3 pm guest services supervisor. I wish I knew the lady's name, but she is petite with shoulder length curls. She made my stay worthwhile, because she changed our rooms on the 2nd day, and was consistently extremely nice and thorough.

Horrifying

When we got there the hotel was overbooked and the staff were very don't carish about the fact that we had nowhere to stay. They sent us to another hotel for the night which was 30 mins away from shopping and said they would come for us in the morning. When we called to be collected they said they were still overbooked and that they will not send a shuttle for us although we asked them to come for us so we can stay in a hotel closer. We ended up having to pay $40 to get back to Hialeah. Praise God fir Holiday Inn Miami West we were able to book a room with them and got early check in also.

Horrible..

The only positive were the shuttle drivers. They were always friendly and accommodating. The tv in our room never worked. The carpet in our room and the hallway smelled, the wifi worked for a few hours during my 5 day stay, there was one computer with internet in the lobby, that also stoped working. The worst part was that the staff at the front desk seemed clueless to these issues and never knew when any issue would be resolved. The hotel is close to a few shopping areas but there is no night life.

One terrible experience

Where to start?... Let's see... What a Terrible service!!! I had never been in a hotel with such a bad customer service. Me and my wife arrived around 4am after a long flight, the guy in the reception sees us, and just raises his eyebrows like saying "what do you want?"...and that's the welcoming. The main elevator was out of service, so you had to walk all the way to the end of the aile in order to use the other one... That one had to be shared with the staff in cleaning duties... So you found yourself sharing the ride with the cleaning carts more than often. The room cleanliness was acceptable, although it could be better, as the first night one of my pillows was smelly... They fixed the problem for the rest of the nights. The safe in the room wouldn't work, nor the ice maker in the hallway. This was my first time in Miami, so I don't know much about the hotels there... But I'm pretty sure you can do better than we did: Stay away from this one.

Nice and clean hotel.

The room was clean n the bed confortable. The only problem was the internet, which stopped eorking the second day of my stay and the hotel ppl said a tecnician was fixing it but it never worked again.

Not clean

Bad service, they have bugs in the room... i left the hotel before my stayng finish because there so dirty everything
