Hotel only has one elevator that moves very slow, I was tired of waiting so I used the stairs most of the time. The pool area has 4 tables total and only 2 had umbrellas to protect from the sun. The hotel only serves breakfast which is only juice, bagels, muffins, and coffee. Other than breakfast you're on your own, there isn't much in the area in walking distance, everything is on the other side of the airport. There is a food truck located outside the hotel but they open in the evening time & they can barely speak English. The hotel is located on the side of the airport where planes take off so be prepared to hear the loud noises from airplanes. I will say the staff is friendly & helpful but that alone won't make me return. There is ample free parking and the wifi sucks.

Down right filthy!

Pros: Convenient store within a 5 minute walk and the air conditioner worked well.
Cons: Clean, clean, clean - EVERYWHERE!
Location: The hop on hop off tour bus in Miami was very informative. However, be sure to pay the correct amount, children 3 to 15 get a discounted rate.
The elevator was out of service, every where you looked was garbage (inside and outside), the bathroom had hair in the tub, on the floor, and in the sink, there was broken glass on the floor, the breakfast area was over crowded and dirty, and the overall appearance of the entire location was filthy.

It was not a phenomenal experience. Didn't enjoy it the way I thought I would have. No concierge service. No room service. Some of the staff were very helpful, especially Nancy. However the breakfast could have been much better.

Simple hotel

This is by no means a luxury hotel however, the service offered by the Front Desk Team was excellent! The hotel offers complimentary airport and port(one way) shuttles- this was very helpful and used by a number of guests as many were there to pick up cruises. Breakfast was complimentary as well.... not the greatest but it kept you from starving. The room, whilst comfortable, was quite noisy as other guests made a lot of noise in the corridors- running, speaking loudly and the slamming of doors. The hotel is in walking distance of a gas station convenience store and a sandwich shop which was great! Not a bad experience.

My stay was pleasant and the location was very convenient close to the airport. I like the free parking.

Cheap hotel you get what you pay for it.

When I checked in I asked for an upgrade room with fridge and microwave and other amenities that they were promoting right at the front desk and the clerk said the hitel did not offer that. When I open the room I have to deal with cockroachesin the room and bathroom. During breakfast the cereal was expired.
